Welcome to Sea Essence, your ultimate escape for a family holiday or luxurious retreat, nestled within walking distance of the pristine Kingsley Beach. This breathtaking multi-level home offers magnificent ocean views, a heated pool, and professionally styled interiors designed for relaxation and indulgence.
Sea Essence features 5 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. On the entry level, you'll find a studio, accessible via a sliding door next to the front door, separate from the main house entry. The studio includes a king bed that can be split into two long singles, a kitchenette, a small dining area, and its own bathroom.
The middle level is the heart of the home, with a spacious living and dining area, a rumpus room, and a bathroom and laundry. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and features a servery that opens to the outdoor area. Step outside to enjoy the amazing heated pool and a covered outdoor lounge area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The top floor boasts four beautifully styled bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a queen bed, private ensuite. Another queen room offers a private balcony. The third spacious room has two long single beds that can convert into a king. The fourth room includes a king single bed with a trundle king single that elevates to bed height with a proper mattress. The main bathroom on this level includes a bath.
The heated pool allows for year-round enjoyment!
PARKING:
While the driveway is steep, convenient street parking is available. For those feeling adventurous, the driveway leads to a double lock-up garage at the top.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 Adults. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate guests 11 & 12 (Children) ($100), total maximum guests 12.
Bond- $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
