Whether youâre in the mood for a lazy day by the water, grabbing tacos at a lakeside cafĂ©, or chasing sunsets over Lake Travis, this neighborhood has a little something for everyone. Itâs the kind of place locals keep to themselves, and weâre excited for you to experience it.
âMary Quinlan Park: Just 1.5 miles from the property, about a 5-minute drive. Walking is possible but will take around 30 minutes, so driving is the better option for convenience. Perfect for a lakeside picnic, kayaking, or a quiet nature escape.
â Ski Shores Cafe: A local favorite located about 3 miles awayâroughly a 10-minute drive. Walking isnât ideal due to the distance, but this lakeside gem is worth the trip for burgers, tacos, and live music.
