A spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom 2000 sq. ft. Cresent home in Beautiful Martinique. A perfect location for a romantic getaway or a family reunion. Located just 200 yds. from the beach and pool. Includes Golf Cart!

Breathtaking private beach adjoins Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. 4,200 acres of beautiful undeveloped beach.

Private but conveniently located to many area attractions and restaurants.

'Seaside Retreat' is Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

An open kitchen and living room plan with a covered screen porch. A luxurious master with a Jacuzzi tub. Private balcony off the master with a beautiful view. Perfect for an evening glass of wine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel so blessed to be able to stay now twice this summer! My family absolutely loved the house. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! My eight year old granddaughter actually screamed when she saw her room (decorated so stinking cute)! My daughter and I absolutely loved sitting on the upstairs deck and listening to the ocean and watching everyone enjoy riding around the resort in their golf carts! My granddaughter and husband loved riding around in the evening!

Much Needed Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a lovely two story home facing the water fountain and condos. The downstairs has one bedroom and bathroom. Very nice screened in back patio. With ceiling fan and comfy furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and very comfortable. Nice large dining table and additional seats at the kitchen counter. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and inviting. Upstairs is just as comfortable and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The entire house is so beautifully decorated and inviting you don’t want to leave!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in need of a deep cleaning! Stairs were visibly dirty. Couches visibly dirty and quite worn. Kitchen had stains on stovetop. Pans that were teflon coated had little to no teflon and everything stuck. It could definitely use some upgrades. Golf cart had a piece of plywood as the front seat which fell into the battery compartment every time anyone sat on it. Rented 2 houses this stay, this one being more expensive than the other and was this one definitely came in last. In the end, it was a place to sleep!

Reviewer Comments: Gas grill did not work, no extra sheets for pull out bed, DVD player did not work (knew it was old when I saw it was a dvd & vhs combo - that is like 30 years ago). We like to watch old movies we bring and were disappointed this was not available even though it said it was in the listing.

Great Overall, Need to improve details

The location to the beach is excellent. We had issues with all the details that really added up though.1. Golf cart was broken - they loaned us a maintenance golf cart that did not have a back seat so my family of 4 did not fit.2. All the little things were missing which was frustrating. No soap / shampoo, salt shaker full / pepper shaker empty, shower pressure was terrible, no extra toilet paper, no extra paper towels, no dish soap, no pam spray for cooking, screened in porch had torn screen, master bedroom bed was not very comfortable.It just felt dated and minor improvements would go a long way. It just needs a little TLC. Otherwise we had a great time and if those minor improvements were fixed we would definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed in the beach chairs. very uncomfortable and wasn't worth the money I paid for them. Everything else was great like always. lost count on how many times I have visited there and I think its been about 5 or 6 years since the last time, but it was always the wooden chairs. So when 5:00 came around they took the cushions and that still left a chair to sit in, we just put the towels over them. It may not mean much to new visitors cause they didn't know about the wooden chairs , but it means alot to me!! why change something that was in place for years ?? I also witnessed a couple larger people couldn't even get into the chairs. anyway , I pay my money and will speak up. never had a problem with the resort , but this is a major issue with me.

Avoid...Not Martinique standards

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If this had been our first time at Martinique it would have also been our only time. The current owner needs to invest some time and cash in their investment property to bring it up to date or management needs to charge a discounted rate instead of commanding the same rate the other similar properties that have invested in their property and their guest experience are charging. You could probably find better replacement furniture and kitchen pans/small wares at Goodwill. The upstairs carpet is probably the original and is filled with stains, and is hard and crusty. Stair carpet is also very stained. Bathrooms are unpleasant and original. Shower heads the cheapest money can buy with limited heat and water pressure. The downstairs furniture is old, mismatched and cheap. The bedroom furniture is cheap and fragile. The mattresses are hard, uncomfortable and lumpy. We were limping around missing our home mattress. There isn’t a trundle bed although the description says there is. Instead there is an old school foam rollaway bed with a blood stained plastic mattress cover that doesn’t even fit. Other bedding is stained as well. Kitchen is NOT fully stocked. Gas grill tank was empty. The tile is mismatched and cracked in places. However, each room is stocked with a VHS/DVD player combo if you’re traveling with your vcr tapes and DVD’s. The only good thing is you are close to the beach. While there Management fixed the master bed that was loose and purchased a few things to make the kitchen small wares nicer such a cookie sheets and cereal bowls. Management just needs to be on same page with what they will and not be responsible for so they are consistent. We have had many nice memories at Martinique in the past. There are many nice luxury vacation homes here for the same price. Seaside Retreat is tired and just isn’t a nice home in the current condition and hopefully will be upgraded someday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the house, and the access to the pool, gym and beach, but the cleaning company didnt clean like they should have. Trash left in several drawers in bedrooms and under beds. The garage was hideous. Women's underwear thrown up on the shelf in the washroom and food particles under the furniture in the livingroom. But the desk people and maintenance people were all very helpful when we needed something.

Perfect family retreat

Reviewer Comments: The house was excellent and we loved that so much was provided - bikes, sand toys, beach cart, board games, etc., in addition to the standard kitchen provisions. The complex is quiet and very much geared toward families. The beach sands are soft and there was plenty of room to spread out and feel Covid-safe.
