Private balcony for morning coffee (K-cup or drip pot available) and evening cocktails, or work (if you need to). 2 chairs for dining outside.

Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Full sized washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping at condo - two designated areas in parking lot for smoking . No pets permitted.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
