The Space:
Step into this stylish city retreat and feel the excitement of Adelaide's vibrant heart. It's the ideal place for friends, families, or business travellers to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city.
Ideally suited for 4-5 guests, this apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable Queen and Double beds, and quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment also includes a study nook, which doubles as a third sleeping space. It’s partially enclosed by a curtain (pending upcoming renovations), making it ideal for children or an additional guest.
The standard bed setup includes a single bed in this room; however, for groups of 6, we offer an additional pull-out single bed for an extra fee. This is perfect for kids or anyone needing an extra spot to sleep, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.
For added convenience, the apartment has two full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom for privacy, while the main bathroom features a shower over a bathtub, providing space for everyone to freshen up and unwind.
As you settle in, you’ll be greeted by beautiful parkland views from the apartment’s living and main bedroom windows, making it feel more like a quiet retreat than a bustling city spot. There’s also a private balcony, a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a cup of tea while taking in the peaceful views of the park.
The open-plan living and dining area invites you to gather with loved ones, whether you're enjoying a home-cooked meal from the fully equipped kitchen, settling down for a movie on the Smart TV, or simply sharing a glass of wine and a laugh.

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the apartment and an underground car park. The building is easily accessible with a lift, taking you from the car park straight up to your apartment for a hassle-free experience.
Check-in is made simple with a self check-in process via coded lock box.
There is private communal tennis courts and BBQ area in the middle of the apartment block. During your stay, you're welcome to use the tennis courts whenever they're available. However, please note that resident bookings take precedence over walk-ins. Please note the BBQ's are coin operated for a couple of dollars per 25 mins only.

Please note, if you're booking for 6 guests, a payment request will be sent for the additional bed fee if required. The fee may vary depending on the timing of the request. However, if you provide advance notice, the fee will be no more than $35. This covers the additional linen, bedding and preparation time for the pull-out single bed to be ready for your stay. Use of the portacot and high chair is free of charge.
The secure carparking clearance is 2.1m
Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum, particularly after the strata noise curfew of 10pm.
