Although the unit could use some updating, you can’t beat this location!!! We would definitely stay here again and again!. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed a few more nights! The beach out front is absolutely beautiful! Everything you need is close by. Thanks for a great stay!

This unit is exactly as described. The beds are comfy, the air works perfectly, and the location is FANTASTIC. The balcony over looks the water and provides a great view of the sunset. The pet friendly environment and excellent price will keep us coming back!

Nice place by the beach

It serves its purpose.. nice cozy place steps from the beach and with a park for dogs.. pet friendly and the local staff is super friendly and helpful.. we had storms and no electricity due to storms and they were super helpful and responsive! It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel but if all you need is a place to sleep and be able to bring pets this is definitely the right place.

First thing I state in my DESCRIPTION is its an Older unit But Nice and I price it that way Why did Liz Book it then Its Not 5 STAR and give me 3 star review

Great Beach View

The property was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. There’s a little dog park to take your dog to also. Pool was also nice. Will stay again

Perfect for any dog family.

We picked this location because of the dog friendliness. That was spot on. It was perfect for us and we will definitely be back again. And not to mention that everything is at your fingertips. The view is something to wake up to every morning.

Very nice and clean. View was great. Was able to cool down nicely at night for sleeping. Only thing we would add is a compact table of sorts on balcony. Loved It.

It wasn’t very clean. Parking was not sufficient and no ice machine for the price. the pool and beach access was awesome the dog walk place was awful my pup was not interested in going in there

I don’t answer to many reviews But We have pet friendly complex which is far and few between With great location We Have an Really nice pet area actually we just put in New Green grass For not her pet using in it Throws Curve Ball at Me That’s Speaks for Everthing The tenents got an Grat location /pet freindly At price point And alm they can do is find Fault Please go to Hyatt next trip $549 per night plus tax

The room was really dirty. The base boards look like they hadn’t been painted in years. Then when we turned the comforter down the sheets were full of sand and we hadn’t even gone to the beach yet. I was so disappointed. I really don’t think I will ever stay there again and I won’t recommend it to anyone of friends or colleagues.

Nothing Special

The room is exactly as the renter described it. But the location was amazing. You can see the ocean from your room. Beautiful view and you can hear the ocean as well. There are a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby. Would love to see the owner upgrade the room as it has a lot of potential. There is a pool & a hot tub and some eating areas on the terrace. Lovely little set up. Great for families.

Get away

It’s an older building with its quirks but it was nice. They accepted my fur baby ❤️. The location was good and it was just what we needed. Cheryl did an excellent job cleaning the place for our arrival. Everyone who worked on the property was very nice. The door did stick but that’s an easy fix but it is an older building. I love that they keep older buildings and revitalize them.

As advertised

The condo was as advertised, however the whole building is in bad shape. The stairs are held up by braces, we actually did not feel safe. There is no handicap access so one in our party could only view the beach from the balcony. Beautiful location and nice pool and hot tub. Would not stay here again

Great view, terrible condo

Overall dirty, sliding door to balcony stuck, rollers missing, had to drag door. Old, cheap appliances. Oven rusty and pans greasy. Windows dirty.

very out dated,needed remodel and dirty

sliding door wouldn't open, water stain on master ceiling, and patio area needed concrete work and overall would not stay at this unit again.

I try to Explain these items in my description its an older unit and has a few problems Thats why I price it accordingly if u want perfect Book at The Marriot /or Ritz this is on beach and if u can overlook a few things Its Great location and PRICE

This pLac I havever stayed..VERY unsafe things.Would not recommend..s

It was horrible. The pet friendly and location was the best of it..Rail broken on balcony ceiling cracking..when the front door shut the whole wall wobbled..the steps was held up with beams.. Glass door was hard to shut and open..not very clean at all. NEEDS SOME MAJOR WORK... VER UNSAFE.I can say the air worked great. thensome cabinet and dressers was nailed shut..outlets was hard to get to hold plugs very well...DO NOT RECOMMEND.

i state in my description that this is an Older not perfect Place and im discounting the rate its on beach and pet friendly Folks book it at an Low price .Im pricing it accordingly Its not Perfect I purchased it to redo but have been three others We will get there

Great beach, dirty sheets!

While the beach was very nice, the condo was not! Discovered the coffee pot was broken which was replaced the next morning. When we went to bed, we discovered the sheets were dirty and almost decided to go elsewhere but nothing was available in the area. The next morning when requesting new sheets, the cleaning person insisted on seeing them! I almost told her to shove it! The sliding door to the deck was very difficult to open due to it being very old, like the rest of the place. Needs some serious updating!!

As i mention in my description this is an older unit My pans are to Gut it but have been working on a few of my others first its great location right off parking but Dont book if u cant overlook a few problems as you can see we do react to try to Help But its an price point Everybody likes the price and then finds falt Plaese dont book if yoi cant overlook few things

Amazing view and beach access

This was an amazing stay. The condo is as advertised, it’s needs some updates but the view and beach access made up for any shortcomings on the condo. We had everything we needed for our family to enjoy our stay. The fridge kept the food cold, freezer kept things frozen, the oven worked fine and so did the microwave, there is no dishwasher so bring some dish soap to wash your dishes. The shower was hot and plenty of towels, the air conditioner was cold and we couldn’t really hear our neighbors above, below or beside us. The balcony view was breathtaking, you are so close to the water you can hear the waves and feel the salt in the air. The pool is under the window and goes to nine feet deep. We were extremely happy here and would definitely stay again. We had a problem our last day with a malfunction with the smoke alarm, we notified the person whose number was left and it was fixed within the hour. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.
