Welcome to our retreat! Nestled halfway between Frankton and Queenstown, our cosy getaway offers stunning lake views and a perfect blend of comfort and style. Enjoy two spacious patios while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. Run by locals with years of accommodation experience, weâre dedicated to making your stay memorable. Whether youâre here for adventure or relaxation, your ideal escape awaits!
Our home is conveniently located, making it the perfect location to explore the area. Youâll love our place because of the amazing views, access to the lake and central location.
It's suitable for couples, business travellers, families (including kids), and big groups. This two level spacious house comfortably sleeps up to 12 people in 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms, with the living space on the top floor boasting spectacular views.
Bedrooms: 6
Top floor:
- Bedroom 1 - King bed and ensuite, wardrobe, french doors to patio
- Bedroom 2 - Super king bed OR can be split into two long single beds, wardrobe and french doors to patio
- Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with ensuite and wardrobe
- Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with wardrobe
Downstairs:
- Bedroom 5 - Double bed
- Bedroom 6 - Single bed with trundle bed underneath
All rooms are furnished with heaters and high-quality bed linen, super plush beds and pillows for the best quality sleep and recharge. A cot/highchair can be provided for infants on request.
Bathrooms: 4
3 bathrooms on the top floor & one bathroom downstairs. Equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and toilet paper. Note: 2 of these bathrooms are ensuites for Bedrooms 1 and 3.
Kitchen and Living:
A large open plan living space upstairs which includes the kitchen, living and dining space. This leads onto a large balcony with couches with stunning views over the lake and the surrounding mountains. There is also a large patio with dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater throughout your stay. We provide basics to get you started; oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning supplies.
We note the fireplace is unavailable for use.
Laundry:
A washing machine and dryer can be found downstairs. Laundry powder, iron and ironing board are also supplied.
Parking:
Parking for one vehicle on the property. Please note the drive way is a long shared driving. Free on street parking is available.

Less than 10 minute drive to Queenstown CBD, Frankton and airport and shops.
The house is easy walking distance to the Frankton track which connects Queenstown and Frankton. It is excellent for walking and biking. It is also a couple minutes walk from the Sherwood, an award winning restaurant and wellness centre.
There is a tenanted one bedroom flat downstairs which has its own separate access from the property. Rest assured, youâll hardly notice the tenant downstairs, as they value peace and privacy just as much as you do. We note that Bedrooms #5 and #6 has a door leading to a balcony. This balcony is private and for the tenant's use only, in order to maximise your privacy and theirs. We encourage you to enjoy our two outdoor areas upstairs.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our property is centrally located halfway between Queenstown and Frankton, so you can easily access all that this region can offer. The lake views are so incredible, you feel like you are right on the lake. Our spacious living area has an indoor outdoor flow between the front patio, house and back patio so great for outdoor living. It has been tastefully decorated so you can enjoying the beautiful views in style!
