One room available in a 4 bedroom share flat in Sippy Downs. Room is ideal for short stays (it is SHARED student style accommodation) or long term student stay. Simple double bed and facilities. You have your own toilet, shower and basin (not shared). Other tenants in the unit (long term) so sharing of the lounge, kitchen and balcony. NO WIFI, on-street parking.

You must bring your own bedding, toiletries, food as none is supplied. You will be expected to keep the room tidy and respect the shared facilities. The room will be cleaned professionally prior to your move in, but the common area is shared, so cleaning there is expected of everyone (cleaner does NOT clean the common areas and does not clean the room during your stay). A sheet is placed over the mattress to prevent dust - kindly remove prior to fitting your own bedding. The sheet there is in no way intended for your sleeping use.

During your stay:
We live interstate, though one of our long term tenants is our representative for letting people in, keys and so on. 3 permanent residents live in the 4 bedroom flat, of varying ages.

Other things to note:
The flat is a shared space - 3 permanent residents present already. We are NOT responsible for any untidiness in the common area or utensils, but your room will be cleaned by our cleaner prior to and after your stay.
