The living area invites you in with plush couches, ceiling fans, and a smart TV equipped with Netflix, ensuring continuous entertainment for every guest. The property boasts a well-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen and a dedicated dining space, making meal preparations and dining an absolute delight. For your convenience, necessary amenities are amply provided, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, a stove, and pantry items.
Stepping outside, you'll be greeted with an outdoor dining area, perfect for barbecues, alongside the refreshing dips the communal pool has to offer. Off-street parking areas, dedicated spaces and a private entrance provide additional ease.
Sandlewood Breeze is located just a short stroll from the azure waters and white sands of Callala Beach Jervis bay, offering a unique holiday experience in the heart of the natural wonders that adorn Jervis Bay's white sands and clear waters. This paradise is fully fenced, ensuring your pet's safety while exploring the verdant gardens around the property.
To add to the comfort, the property features practicalities ranging from Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heaters to baby high chair and portacot, considering the needs of each guest. Linen, towels and essentials like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are also provided, along with a washing machine for any laundry needs.

- This property is in a strata community that only allows 1 x pet per stay.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the property is pet friendly, due to strata regulations the property can only accommodate 1 pet per stay.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear. Front garden unfenced.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
