In search of a tranquil condo to break free from life's hustle? Feeling worn out? In need of rejuvenation? Discover the Phoenix at Dead Man's Flats and experience revival. Located in the Sparrowhawk Building, our top floor south facing condo features a bedroom with a king sized bed, a full kitchen and a queen size pull out couch making it perfect for a small family. Enjoy ample amounts of natural light that stream through the windows during the day and you can sit on the balcony and have your morning coffee or glass of wine admiring the Rocky Mountains. The year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub are a perfect combination to help unwind after a full day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, snowshoeing or many other activities.

This south facing unit is very bright and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The pool/hot tub and gym are an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back.

Amazing condo which was very super easy to access, very clean, spacious and new. Host even left us a discovery pass to access all the parks. Hot tub and pool were great too!

The location was great and we had everything we need in the condo. We had space for all the family and even the kids found some games to play with. The outdoor pool was great too, the kids loved it!

We enjoyed our stay here for our honeymoon. It was in a great location, just 10 mins outside of Canmore. We had a rental car so I'm not sure if public transit would pass through. The unit was clean, modern and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and did not lack any kitchen utensils. Laundry was a plus after long hikes. We can't wait to come back!

Cute and clean! The entire property was new and well maintained. Our only concern was the pull out bed had a bar across it that made for an uncomfortable sleep but the bed was great.

Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful condo with everything you would need .Owner has made the effort to supply the small things that make a big difference . It feels like home away from home .Heated swimming pool and spa were a bonus . About a 5 minute drive to Canmore.

Really great!

What a great weekend getaway! So close to Calgary - we were able to head out and hit the slopes for a couple of days and then relax in the hot tub at night! We weren’t brave enough to use the heated pool - but others were enjoying it! The condo was cozy - we really liked the added addition of the Christmas Decorations! It had everything we could need for our stay. We enjoyed the little hot chocolate selection for us to enjoy. Beautiful Mountain View’s from both the bedroom and living room. And this building must be pretty much brand new. Clean, well maintained and we loved the underground heated parking and the use of the storage for our Ski equipment. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Charleen for answering all our questions so quickly.

Absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Deadman’s Flats! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the serene atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. The condo itself was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and provided everything we needed for a truly relaxing getaway. The cozy, yet spacious interior made it feel like home, with all the comforts and modern amenities you could ask for.One of the standout features of this place is the incredible trail system right behind the condo complex. We were able to step out the door each day and enjoy breathtaking hikes through the forest, with spectacular mountain views and tranquil nature all around us. Whether you’re an avid hiker or just enjoy a leisurely stroll, the trails offer something for everyone.And then there’s the hot tub and pool—wow. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect way to unwind. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing, with the sound of the nearby river in the background, and the pool was a refreshing treat. We spent hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the peaceful vibe of the area.This condo really has it all—perfect location, amazing amenities, and the most peaceful, rejuvenating environment. We felt completely refreshed after our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Deadman’s Flats!

From the moment Robyn booked her stay, it was clear she was going to be a guest who went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly for her stay. One of the first things I noticed when Robyn made her booking was her clear and prompt communication. Right after confirming her reservation, she sent a friendly message to introduce herself and to confirm the details of her stay. She asked a few thoughtful questions to ensure everything was in place, from check-in times to local recommendations. This proactive approach meant that there were no surprises or misunderstandings later on, and the check-in process went smoothly. Robyn took the time to read and understand the house rules before her stay. She was respectful of the space and the guidelines I set, such as quiet hours and recycling instructions. She followed every detail to ensure she was not only comfortable but also respectful of my home and the neighborhood. Robyn was keen to explore the area, and she asked me for local recommendations. She wanted to experience the authentic side of the neighborhood and was genuinely interested in the places I suggested. This made her feel more like a local than just a tourist. Robyn’s interest in local cafés, parks, and hidden gems not only enriched her experience. At the end of her stay, Robyn left the space in immaculate condition. My husband and I bought our condo in Deadman's Flats because we love the mountains and we needed a place to have quick getaways to relax and enjoy the incredible joys of living in Calgary. This is our first hosting experience but we have our close friend who has been hosting for 9 years helping us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Deadman's flats is a hidden gem that only real locals know about. It's Canmore but without all the business. It's a great distance where you can choose to hop into Canmore and Banff but if you want to quiet and tranquil it's that too.
