This second-level residence features a private oceanfront terrace accessible from the main living area and the primary suite. Aqua's amenities extend beyond the residence. The communal infinity pool with tanning ledge offers a blissful place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides a tropical escape. For barefoot water entry, guests can venture up the beach to The Grandview or Sunset Cove.
Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aqua's private cove.
Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's secured garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests.

Barefoot water entry may be enjoyed next door at the Grandview Condos or Sunset Cove, the neighboring properties north along Seven Mile Beach. The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property.
