This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath unit offers nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of beachfront living, making it the perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and unparalleled comfort. Whether you are looking to relax on your private balcony with breathtaking oceanfront views or explore the islandâs top attractions, Seabreeze #8 is a luxurious haven designed to meet all your vacation needs.
The condo features four bedrooms, including a huge mater suite with striking ocean views, a jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet. Two further bedrooms offer queen beds whilst the fourth is a twin room and perfect for children.
The condo can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 adults), with the Media Room offering a pull-out bed for 2 children. A thick privacy curtain separates this room from the rest of the condo for added seclusion.
One Mid-Stay Cleaning Included (minimum 7-night stay required)
The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the extras guests might need and the dining area can sit 10 in comfort. There are large flat-screen TVs throughout with internet connection and cable TV. In addition, the Media Room offers a PlayStation games console, DVD player and surround sound.
The condo is networked with a Sonos music streaming system, enabling guests to play their personal libraries throughout the condo from their smartphone or tablet device.
Comfortable seating in the living area and on the large terrace provide ample opportunity for relaxation. Other features include an alarm system, a coded entry lock for guests (no more forgetting your keys!) and two parking spaces in the underground parking garage.

Underground parking and mid-stay housekeeping ensure a seamless stay.

This prestigious location offers guests direct access to some of the island's best marine life and coral reefs, providing an exclusive snorkeling experience just steps from the condominium. Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund.
