Please note that our unit is completely independent from the Great Southern Hotel operations and we manage this unit all on our own. Your booking will not show up in their database so will need to communicate with us directly.



Though our operations are independent, the AC and heating in the building and all units is controlled centrally by the Great Southern Hotel management. We are unable to adjust the cooling/heating that they set for the building.



** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the room, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
