The Space:
Upstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island bench, two comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans and shutter blinds, a modern bathroom, and internal garage access.

Downstairs, the luxurious master suite boasts a king bed, private ensuite, and a spa bath with 14 jets. This level also features a rumpus room, kitchenette, study nook, and access to a second full-length deck. Additional sleeping options include a double and single sofa bed.

Step out of the back gate and stroll straight to stunning Garden Bay—ideal for swimming, fishing, or a peaceful coastal walk.

For more variety, Batemans Bay is around 13 km away, offering a wide range of waterfront restaurants, shopping options, and family-friendly activities

Other Things to Note:
All linen and bath towels are provided for this property to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. However, we kindly ask that towels remain at the property and are not taken to the beach. Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.
