ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs first master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with shower. Downstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with shower. Sleeper sofa upstairs. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs along with streaming apps and fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Spacious back deck with gas barbecue and patio table with chairs and Adirondack chairs.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people max. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
