Chris', a designer masterpiece is a resort-style home that can be yours for the week (or weekend) setting a new benchmark in Kangaroo Valley for design - centerally located next to everything the valley has to offer!
The property is incredibly spacious, featuring a chefs kitchen, two fridges and a butlers pantry, perfect for entertaining!
The is expansive outdoor entertaining, perfect for taking a lap in the pool or to watch kangaroos skip past in your oasis of a backyard.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Located in the heart of the enchanting Kangaroo Valley, this home offers an idyllic retreat surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and a peaceful, rural atmosphere. Kangaroo Valley is celebrated for its scenic landscape, from lush green valleys and rolling hills to majestic views of nearby mountains. Within a short drive from the quaint village center, residents and visitors enjoy easy access to charming cafes, boutique shops, and essential services, creating a laid-back vibe that is welcoming and community-focused.
Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to explore, with the Kangaroo River nearby, perfect for kayaking, swimming, and picnicking along its serene banks. Morton National Park and Fitzroy Falls are also close, providing hiking trails, lookout points, and stunning waterfalls that draw nature lovers year-round.
Living here means embracing a slower pace, away from the hustle of city life, in one of New South Walesâ most picturesque valleys.
HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below)
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of FIFTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
