We are a Buddhism family who have been blessed with an extra home. We rent this home out as a way to offer hospitality, serve the guests and be a blessing to the world.
The Private room is nested in a quiet part of Morley. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with 2 other guests. This room is ideal for one person who wants a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The home is close to the shopping mall, beach, airport, public transport, nearby hospitals or simply getaway.
The space
A lovely room nested within a large house with a super large backyard in a quiet and central location.

- Wardrobe, Study Desk, Storage area
- Fan + Aircon
- Free Coffee Machine Pod/Tea
- Big backyard with outdoor seating area
- Bidet in toilet
- Superfast WIFI (1000/50 Mbps)
-Shared Laundry with 1washing machine
- Safety features - smoke alarm, extinguisher, evacuation diagram etc
Location
- 15 min walk to the galleria Morley shopping center Coventry Village Buses are available nearby to the station. Use Google Maps for all
- Airport 10 min drive (~$25by Uber)
-10min drive to Perth city(8km)
- McDonald's available 24/7 (10 mins walk)
Guest access
You will have access to your own private room. You can also access any part of the shared amenities (laundry + backyard). You are welcome to park your vehicle on the grass or the street.
During your stay
- I will be around to assist but for the most part, you will be given autonomy and independence.
- You will be provided instructions on how to self-check in the day before you arrive. Please watch the video and contact me if there is any issue when you check in

About the Home:
My wife cleans the room and home regularly. After each guest leaves, she disinfects common surfaces and floors as well as changes all bed sheets and towels. This ensures that all guests stay in a clean environment.
Unique to our home:
*We offer early check-in (anytime) and late checkout! You may also check after 8 pm before your booking date for free. This is because we do not allow guests to check out and check in on the same day.
Please note the following House Rules before booking:
1. Smoking OUTDOOR ONLY.
2. Strict NO PARTY policy.
No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules
This property is in a residential area with permanent residents nearby. We have a no-party, no-noise policy. If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus a full bond will be claimed. No questions asked. If you are planning a party please book elsewhere.
3. No pets are allowed
4. Children.
We welcome children of all ages to our property. Please take into consideration steps and balconies for the safety of your children before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. Supervision of children around stairs, porches, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians and we dont accept no responsibility.
5. Please minimize noise between 9 PM to 9 AM.
No excessive music or loud noise between 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbours live here full-time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount.
