This was our second stay at this quiet, modern, tastefully decorated apartment. The friendly hosts respected our privacy, and every detail made for a very comfortable visit. It's in a great location near the coastline and Ilkua's shopping, bar/restaurants, and buses nearby. Highly recommended and thoroughly enjoyed our stays.
Staying here was like having a home away from home. Everything you could think of was supplied and it was such a lovely quiet spot to stay in the suburbs. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing place to holiday.
The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and well-stocked with essentials located in a very quiet street. The hosts were accommodating about our late arrival. It's in a great location near the coast with an excellent coastal pathway, restaurants, an Irish pub, shops, and has easy transport links to shopping malls and the train station. Highly recommended and we are returning very soon!
The property provided everything you need and very well presented and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent relaxing on the balcony and exploring nearby beaches and restaurants.
The best place to stay in one of the best locations .... EVER. Would be only too willing to stay here again and will most definitely recommend to all.ovely place, lovely owners
Property was very comfortable with every thing that is needed to make stay enjoyable. Hosts Jan & Graham were excellent hosts, not in your face but were available if required.Would stay again if ever we are in the West
Excellent location. The hosts were very friendly people gave great advice and answered all our questions. Extremely clean. Would definitely be staying there again when we come back to Australia.
This was the perfect unit for us, can cook, has good size fridge , fantastic and comfy, the only thing we didnât like is not having a door to the unit at the bottom of the stairs! Even though no one was downstairs for our stay, the front door opens, you go upstairs to the unit, and the owners go through a locked door to their area. Just feeling walking around with not much on is awkward! But itâs f you donât mind it is a great place and affordable for the week
Visiting grandson who is unwell and was grateful to have such a beautiful place to call home each night. First time in Perth and would love to stay at this property again.
Jan & Graham made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Their property is clean, spacious and well equipped, it really felt like a home from home. We couldnât have wished for a better start to our new life in Australia.
Amazing stay, Jeanette and her husband are super friendly and helpful, the space is immaculate and very well equipped to make you feel like you never left home.
Easily one of the best rentals Iâve ever done

What a gem!!! A beautifully presented property and wonderful hosts, this place has everything needed for a relaxing stay⊠We would recommend this property as a home away from home, we couldnât fault it at all⊠Weâll definitely book again if/when we need.
I am originally from Melbourne I moved to Perth 35 years ago where I meet my husband Graham who is from Centrel Coast NSW . We bought up our three children here who have now made us grandparents to four beautiful children. Both my husband and l have owned and managed Adamsons Motel in Margaret River for seven years and also had a short term townhouse for many years in Margaret River. We moved back to Perth to be closer to our family. We are very fortunate to have our son build us a beautiful house with a self contained apartment to rent short term. We love meeting new people and hearing about there adventures. We have travelled extensively ourselves and love meeting new friends exploring new places. Looking forward to the future who knows what it might bring.
We were always inner city dwellers for many years. Once you have lived in a place like Margaret River you canât go back to suburbia. So when we came back to Perth my youngest son had move north of Perth to a place called Ocean Reef. We have a boat so needed to be near the ocean so we moved north also to Mullaloo which is a suburb right next to ocean Reef. We joined the Ocean Reef Sea sports Club and put our boat in the hard stand. We love this area itâs like being on holidays all the time. We are not far from the beach just a 10 minute walk. My husband goes fishing all the time he is in his eliment..
We purpose built this home. As we are semi retired we wanted an apartment big enough and comfortable for us downstairs and another seperate apartment upstairs. Itâs great to short term it but we are thinking down the track accommodation for our grandchildren and partners. Who knows. We like to think it will keep us both active and interested in the world around us.
