Welcome to the Designers Cottage at The Lazy Lavender!
We`ve put a lot of love into this space, and we want every guest to have a magical, relaxing stay. To make sure that happens for everyone, here`s what you need to know before you arrive.

The Basics
Guests must be 21+ to book. The Designers Cottage accommodates up to 4 guests — little ones over 12 months count too. A $20 per night fee applies for each guest beyond the first two — just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. Hosting more than 4 guests without prior approval carries a $100 per night penalty. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. If you`d like to have a visitor stop by, just reach out and we`ll do our best to accommodate.

Your Furry Plus-One 🐾
We`re dog people! One registered dog is welcome at the Designers Cottage — a $95 flat fee applies. Please add your dog during booking — an unregistered dog results in a $500 fine. We ask that dogs stay off all furniture and beds. Excessive dog hair cleanup will incur an additional charge, and any accidents inside carry a $300 fee plus replacement costs for any damaged items. Please bring waste bags — our cleaning team charges extra for outdoor pickup and we`ll pass that cost along if needed. Dogs must be crated when left alone and kept on a leash at all times outdoors. No other animals please.
If you`re traveling with a service dog, please register them with us before your stay. Service dogs must remain leashed at all times and cannot be left alone in the home.

Keep It Peaceful
This is a quiet retreat — no loud parties, events, fireworks, or shooting. We want you to unwind completely, not wake up the whole valley. 🤫

Smoke-Free Zone
The Designers Cottage is 100% smoke-free indoors — a minimum $500 cleaning fee applies for any smoking inside. If you smoke outdoors, please take your butts with you — a $50 cleanup fee applies if our team has to collect them.
