LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,100 sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, gas log fireplace, and large sectional with plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom king Tempur-Pedic bed, and electric fireplace. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, and electric fire stove heater. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed with trundle, smart TV, ceiling fan, and electric fire stove heater. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, chess/checker table, arcade game, game console, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas log fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Front deck with darling bistro to enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the fresh morning air and evening breeze and a second comfortable seating area to relax and watch the sunset.
