The Space:

This delightful two-story home features a master suite on the upper level, complete with treetop vistas, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a spacious balcony that beckons for relaxation while listening to the waves of the ocean.



The open-plan design boasts tiled living areas, with a casual lounge and dining space that seamlessly flows onto a wide and inviting entertaining balcony, perfect for alfresco dining and gatherings, complete with a barbecue for culinary delights.



On the lower level, you will find a thoughtfully designed separate bathroom with laundry facilities, TV/rumpus room, internal access from the lock up garage, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a cozy workspace, third bedroom featuring a double bed on the lower bunk and a single bed above—ideal for family and friends.



The generous backyard is a pet-friendly oasis, equipped with an additional dining table and an outdoor shower to rinse away the day's beachside adventures. At Cooinda, every moment is tailored for comfort and joy, creating cherished memories for you and your loved ones.



The Neighborhood:

Macmasters Beach is known for its serenity, peaceful environment and beautiful family & pet friendly beaches. It is a short drive to Copacabana, Avoca Beach and surrounding central coast attractions including Erina Fair.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly for the purpose of taking a refundable deposit bond in the amount of $500.00 required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.

All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, automation for arrival, air quality, fire safety and sound monitors as well as CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind. NOISE. This is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay. PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations. BREAKAGES. We understand that things happen however excessive damage will result in a claim. Please notify us of breakages. SMOKING & VAPING is not permitted
