The condo was very nice and the host was quite responsive when messaged with a concern. Our only concern which stopped a FIVE rating was the water. The water was barely warm in both showers and the water pressure could have been better. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would recommend.

Very well equipped kitchen and appliances worked well. Set up is perfect for two couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom. TV was a little confusing but we figured it out. Suggest a walk in shower be the only updating that would be needed. Everything about this condo and the area was wonderful!

Beach condo

Great place, right on the beach. Very clean and well kept. Several dining and shopping options right across the road. Will book again if we are un the area.

Spring break

I loved our stay! Room was beautiful, clean and the sleeping was comfortable. Check in was easy and we had a lot of information ahead of time. My kids were able to feel independent because the area is still small enough I was ok with them exploring, but big enough to entertain them. I didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful 😍

Beautiful condo right on the beach! The condo is beautifully renovated with plenty of room for family/friends. The beach is right there and there’s a pool too! Our family stayed there for our Christmas vacation. It was great! Everything you could want is so close! Restaurants and shopping are less than a 2 min walk. We saw dolphins everyday! It was perfect! 10/10 recommend! We will be back for sure!

Everything was exactly as advertised! Plenty of room, in a great location near shops, restaurants, and activities. The site had a bbq grill near the pool area. There were beach chairs and an umbrella located in one of the closest and a bike located in another. There were beach towels and a good amount of dishes and pans to cook with. The parking spot for this unit is uncovered. There were a good amount of guest spots available too. Starter kit for 4/3 night stay included: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwashing pods, 1 sponge, 1 laundry pod, and a mini shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. I highly recommend booking if you’re looking for a condo on the beach with all the conveniences. The only thing that would have made my stay better is black out curtains to cover the vertical blinds that had a gaps and a few missing.

Perfect getaway

This place exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more to have a great time. From board games to everything you need for a great day at the beach to a well stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, cutlery, etc that we could possibly need. The master bedroom was much more spacious than we thought it was going to be. The location couldn't be more perfect. Directly across the street from all the shops and restaurants at Johns Pass and right on the beach. The pool was great, our family really enjoyed the pool on our stay. The outdoor grill next to the building was a nice surprise and we used it to cook out and ate under the covered outdoor tables by the pool. We come to the area once or twice a year since we have family that lives down there. We would definitely book this condo again on our future visits.

Overall I thought the condo was clean. I do think there was a few areas that could use some improvement. The bed mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The mattresses protectors on both beds were stained as well as the sheets on the bigger bedroom. There was a big glob of jelly on the outside chair I almost sat in as well as crumbs let on the outside table from the last guest, I assume. There were only 2 garbage bags in the kitchen. Could have used 3. It was extremely dry in the condo. It would have been nice if there were ceilings fans. The bathtubs are very old as the tile surrounding them. I wanted to leave the sliding doors open but unfortunately all the screens were torn and unusable. Also the lock was broke off to the living room patio door. Whoever remodeled the floors took short cuts in some rooms. . I am on blood thinner and was worried about sharp objects sticking out on some spots on the floors. Something was stained on some of the main bedroom storage closet floor. The mat to the front door was beyond its time to be replaced. The elevator lights kept going off. That was not good and the inspection for the elevator was expired. I think the owners have tried with the new decor and upgraded. I think there is still work to be finished off to complete the condo.
