Conveniently located near Fountain Gate Shopping Mall in a peaceful cul-de-sac. A short walk from the university, train station, cafes, dining & shops, this single-story home provides everything needed for a relaxing stay. The Berwick Botanical Gardens are well worth a visit and a short drive from the house. You can also explore the lively Sunday market at Akoonah Park, making for a perfect local outing.
