White Oak floors, white walls and cabinetry, and wooden paneling create a balanced effect in this modern yet natural space, making for an ultra-chic and relaxing environment. When it’s time for adventure, take a short walk to Telluride Ski Resort and ride the Gondola or Lift 8 up to the slopes. Step outside your door and find yourself in the core of downtown Telluride, where there are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants for you to enjoy. This centrally located home caters to the varying interests of everyone in your party, and provides utmost comfort for resting and relaxation after a day’s worth of fun.

The open concept living, kitchen, and dining area on the main level create the perfect space for gathering with family members or mingling with friends. In the gourmet kitchen, utilize the spacious island for meal preparation or having a quick bite to eat. The stainless steel oven and stove top offers quick and seamless meal preparation, while the oversized refrigerator makes it possible to stock ample food for larger groups. To the right of the kitchen is the dining room where six can be seated comfortably at the sleek table under a delicate, modern chandelier. An additional four seats can be found at the breakfast bar. To the left of the kitchen area, you’ll find a beautiful living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV, surrounded by nearly floor-to-ceiling windows. On the other side of those windows, you can take in views of the town from from the balcony living space. When you need to spend time away from the group, wander upstairs to the lofted living space to quietly work at the desk space, or relax on the sofa and watch tv in the lounge.

This well-sized home features four bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in-closet, and an ensuite with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, television, and ensuite. The remaining two guest bedrooms each sleep two and have ensuite of their own. An additional full bathroom offers added convenience to guests.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars is one.
- There is one parking space available in the heated underground garage.
- There is no AC in the queen bedroom.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
