Third Bedroom: Downstairs, next to the versatile rumpus room, ideal for additional guests.
Rumpus Room (Bedroom 4): A multifunctional space with two pull-down queen beds, perfect for kids’ play or adult relaxation. The third bathroom is located downstairs off the rumpus room for convenience.

Pukehina Beach is the place to come and relax, or a great base to do some exploring around the local region. Located 30 minutes from Mount Maunganui, 45km from Tauranga or a 2-hour drive from Hamilton not far to travel for a weekend getaway. We are also not far from the Old Forest School, and the local Estuary Events wedding venues.

Please bring your own beach towels - all other linen is provided this is included in the total cleaning fee cost.
Bring your own food and toiletries - basic washing and kitchen items supplied.
The local dairy has some supplies with great fish n chips if you feel like taking a night off from cooking. The new and popular "Monty's" Cafe in Pukehina is a must do during your stay.
