Situated at the pinnacle of the West Side Place Tower, this brand-new, ultra-modern apartment offers a breathtaking Harbour and City view of Melbourne. Revel in uninterrupted vistas to the south, east, and west of the CBD, all bathed in natural light.

USE OF SOFA BED
If you have 6 or less people staying and would like to use the Sofa Bed, there would be an extra cost of AU$30 cleaning fee (one time charge).
I will provide you with extra quilt and sheet for the sofabed. Let me know in advance so that I can prepare the extra beddings for you.
MORE THAN 6 GUESTS STAYING?
If there are more than 6 guests staying, additional fees per person per day do applies. This is automatically calculated and included when you select 5/6 guests. For booking for more than 4 guests, extra quilt and sheets are provided free of charge.
CAR PARKING
Indoor private car park may be available for $30 per day. Car park is not guaranteed unless prior agreement has been made in writing.
