Haven Magnificence by Tiny Away is a relaxing farm stay in the rural town of Conondale, just an hour from the Sunshine Coast. Enjoy stunning views, stargazing, and the peaceful countryside. The tiny home is close to Mary Cairncross Park, Gardners Falls, Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World, and Booloumba Creek.



This 139-square-foot tiny home features a solar power setup, has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas. It is possible to walk the hills going up to the right of where the tiny house will be situated.

Haven Magnificence by Tiny Away is just an hour from the Sunshine Coast and settled in warm, rustic Conondale, a region known for its charming villages, and local markets. The area features stunning waterfalls ideal for swimming or hiking, with nearby towns like Maleny and Montville offering engaging community experiences.



Enjoy a meal at Crystal Waters Cafe or explore the Sunshine Coast Hinterland’s natural beauty. Fully experience nature while being close to Mary Cairncross Park, Gardners Falls, Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World, and Booloumba Creek.



Getting Around:

By Car:



- Brisbane to Conondale: 1 hour 45 minutes, 114 km.

- The property is accessible by 2WD.



By Public Transport:



- The property is only accessible by car; there is no public transport available.



By Flight:



- The nearest major airport is Sunshine Coast Airport. From there, it’s about a 1 hour and 30-minute drive to Conondale. Car rental is recommended for the journey.

- BBQ Grill is not available

- Wifi is currently unavailable

- Pets are not allowed at the property

- The property features a solar power setup

- Smoking is allowed in designated areas only

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- A camping area is located approximately 50 meters away

- There is (1) dog and (1) cat owned by other residents on-site

- Weak mobile signal for Telstra and Vodafone; no signals for the rest

- Other residents are situated nearby, approximately 30 meters from the tiny house

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Coffee, tea, and milk are not supplied, so we recommend bringing your preferred options to enjoy during your stay

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

- To make the most of your energy use, we recommend avoiding the simultaneous operation of multiple appliances. Additionally, please use air conditioning only during warm, dry days for optimal efficiency.
