Welcome to Villa Alfonso, a spacious private Sicilian villa in the peaceful countryside of Realmonte, 5 minutes drive from the famous Scala dei Turchi and easy access to Agrigento's Valley of the Temples. The villa is furnished and newly renovated with air-conditioning/heating units in each of the 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and 2 larger units on the main floor which compensate for the lack of an air-conditioning unit in the main floor bedroom. Also a new solar powered hot water tank located in the car port services the entire villa. The old hot water tank remains in the laundry room as an emergency backup system only. Its power switch can remain off to conserve energy.

The villa has 290 square meters of living space, sitting on a 1500 square meter lot, surrounded by walls and railings, Outdoor lighting, and an Electric entrance gate.

A TERRACE WITH A TRULY UNIQUE VIEW

It's impossible to start anywhere other than the top, where the open terrace gives lovely views on all sides, but a special treat is in store when you look to the south-east. The pristine white cliffs of the Scala dei Turchi beach are in full view. It's a really rare opportunity to be able to view the stars on a clear night sky and hopefully as other guests have witnessed and wished upon a shooting star.

Tourist Attractions

The famous Scala dei Turchi combines a breathtaking tourist attraction view with a relaxing beach experience. And the tourist attractions don't end there, either. For days when you wish to break from the beaches, the legendary Valley of the Temples is only fifteen minutes up the road, the vineyards of Marsala are a short drive to the west and Sicily's largest golf resort is only just around the corner.

FIVE BEDROOMS AND A BEAUTIFUL GROUND FLOOR

There is abundant room indoors and out, with 145m2 of indoor space on each of the two floors. In addition to this are the deep porches and balconies that stretch the entire width of the home to the front and rear, the flat roof, the garden and an orchard on the southern side of the plot.

Indoors you will find five bedrooms, four upstairs and one on the ground floor. This lower level is completed by a kitchen, a dining room and a pair of living spaces off the central hallway, a beautiful feature atrium that is surrounded by a gallery on the first floor. As a first impression it packs a real punch.
