Enclosed by a glass fence, the swimming pool is sure to be well utilised for swimming and cooling off. Please note - there are no lights in and around the swimming pool.

Pets:
Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly.

Rule 1: Strict No-Party Policy — parties or events are not permitted at any time.
Rule 2: Quiet Hours are between 9:30 PM and 8:00 AM daily.
Rule 3: Unregistered Guests require prior approval from the owner. Each unregistered guest will incur a $1,000 fine, charged to the reserving guest.
Rule 4: No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction without refund or warning.
