Summary:
You must sign and agree to our HOA agreement. The HOA agreement needs to be submitted at least 14 days before arrival.
This condo can not be booked if we are within eight nights of your check in date. We have a 14 night minimum, please inquire if you are looking to stay less than 14 nights.

This adorable direct Gulf front condo feels more like a private beach resort than a condo. Enter the elegant foyer through double entry doors and be prepared to be shocked as you witness the unbelievable views from the master bedroom, kitchen and living area. Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast nook, the breakfast nook has a private balcony which overlooks the tennis court area. The open space living area has beach views along with the master bedroom, the master bedroom features a king bed . The beachfront balcony extends width of the master bedroom and living room. The second bedroom features 2 full beds along with a private balcony.

The beach club offers 24/7 security, heated pool & spa, tennis court, a bbq area, a large party room with kitchen, billiards room and a fitness center which includes a therapeutic hot tub, sauna and steam room. Of course private beach access to the beautiful Sand Key beach and the GULF OF MEXICO are just steps out your back door. Walk to great restaurants and shops. Only 35 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

Everyone will appreciate the beach rentals convenient and secure location, within a walking distance to restaurants and only 30 minutes drive to Tampa. Oceanside Treasure is beach front has a shared pool and terrific location on a gorgeous beach.

No Response to Problems

We contacted the property manager about a toilet not working within a day of checking in - After multiple texts / and phone calls the toilet was NOT fixed !I finally got a response with LESS than 24 hours of our 1 week stay that they would expedite the problem - we were checking out in less than a day !Ridiculous - so we went from a 2 1/2 bath to a 2 bath for the entire week !Horrible response time from them !

4th of July family trip

Upon arriving the directions given were for a security guard to let you into the hotel but when we got there and talked to the guard they looked at us like we were crazy and made the check in process a bit worrisome. Once we got in the unit there was a couple things broken such as handles for outside patios (multiple doors had broken handles going in and out), there was a missing fob to gain access to the unit which did make it difficult for us a with 4 adults and 2 kids. Finally the biggest issue of all was the fridge in the unit did not work, AT ALL! The front of the fridge was showing error codes and the inside was only temping to 57 degrees causing all sorts of issues again with us having essentially 2 families on property. The property manager didn’t care at all, their response was “well there’s another fridge in the unit isn’t that enough” the other fridge was a mini fridge and in no way would that hold our needs. Once a maintenance person finally got there they said the fridge was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I made the property manager aware of the issue day 1 and no one even came out for 4 days. I was made to feel like it was no big deal and to just deal with it when in turn they should of had another fridge out there. Almost $5k spent on our first family vacation in 2 years and honestly I wish we went somewhere else because of these issues. Won’t be going back again. The only reason for 2 stars is the condo was updated well.

Awesome Condo!!!

Condo was beautiful, plus spotless! Beds were very comfortable! Loved the kitchen, especially the blender for our afternoon Pina Coladas! Great view of the pool and beach. The beach was very secluded and felt at times, like it was our own private beach! The pool supply room was wonderful, having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, toys, etc. etc. was a definite plus to the trip. The only downside is we were not allowed to play music at the pool. We didn't have it up very loud, but a resident, in no uncertain terms, reminded us of the rules. So, we spent most of our time at the beach...which was WONDERFUL anyways! Great distance to all the "action" .......Pier, Restaurants, Boat Tours in Clearwater.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo 4th of July Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in July 2020 which included the 4th. There were lots of fireworks on the beach that you could watch right from the balcony. The condo has a great set up with the bedrooms on separate sides of the condo for privacy. The condo has all upgraded features and is well stocked in the kitchen etc. The bed in the master is very luxurious and comfortable. The beds in the second bedroom could use a pad underneath as they are quite firm. Both bedrooms have en-suite which was great. The only issues we had was at check in. The security guards are not friendly and our paperwork didn’t have the unit number on it. They were rude on every interaction we had with them. Thankfully our rental agent Allan was very responsive and helped us. I would recommend clearer instructions on how to get into the building via unit number and keys for atrium. The unit can get quite warm during the day into the evening. It was 78 most of our stay with the drapes closed in the master and the living area. We would recommend keeping them closed to keep it as cool as possible. There are fans in each room which helps. The pool overlooking the beach is the best! And the location is the beach can’t be beat. If you are looking for a beach that is very private with very few people this is the place to rent. We could see the tourist section miles down the beach and were so happy we were where we were. We sat on the beach for hours and only saw maybe a dozen people the entire time. Nobody sat closer than 100 feet to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom corner unit. We had a few minor maintenance issues,which were quickly resolved. There are new appliances and furniture through out. Eventually needs a kitchen and bathroom remodel, but fine for rentals. The location can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Had several electrical issues starting w outlets in master bath didn’t work but we found the breaker box and the had been thrown. Then the kitchen outlet started popping which was incredibly frightening. Communicated with Alan and finally 38 hrs later an electrician arrived. He left , next or day after pop pop pop in the kitchen. When I touched base with Alan he made me to feel as if I was bothering him. Well for over 6500.00, this is not my responsibility this is yours I was made to wait another 12 hrs for the electrician who showed up and was incredibly upset at at how Alan spoke to him. Sad on my vacation I had to be brought into this situation. Never an apology nothing. Only texts asking if everything was fixed Asked what constitutes an emergency with them and the response was water shooting out of a pipe. Good to know electrical is not an emergency . Shocking. Loved the condo. Not the mgmt company who have no customer service skills and are incredibly cheap when it comes to an issue . Other mgmt companies hv this property listed

The condo was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. All the beds were so cozy, very comfortable couches, luxurious bathrooms...even the bedroom carpets were a dream to walk on! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We love the private location of Sand Key beach and the complex felt very safe. Our kiddos especially loved the hot tub next to the pool for those cooler evenings. Overall perfect and if we ever get to travel to Sand Key again we will for sure try to rent this property!

Great remodeled condo

Wonderful, spacious, comfortable. Great beach front location on Sand Key where it’s not so busy and crowded. Unit is well stocked with kitchen items, which was a pleasant surprise. Keypad entry is nice touch. Only minor complaints: handles are falling off every sliding door and they won’t lock. Let the rental managers know and they didn’t respond. For coffee lovers, there’s only a Keurig coffee machine in the unit and it only half worked and we had to buy the pods for it; it wasn’t working and took some messing around with to get the coffee to come out correctly the first day we arrived. Heavy smokers in the unit directly to the south means every time we wanted to be out on the balcony enjoying the view, we were getting secondhand smoke blown directly at us. That was the worst bit. Security on the property didn’t seem to know whether it was allowed (there are no smoking signs everywhere) and wouldn’t do anything about it so we just had to deal with it.

Beautiful, clean condo, on the beach!!!

This condo unit was perfect for our family 5! It has everything you can need for a great stay. It has a beautiful view of the beach. It is steps away to the beach. It was clean and adorable! The only negative of this place is that the pool is not very family friendly. If you have young children that find joy playing in a pool, and perhaps they squeal in excitement, they will be shooshed! Also, no toys are allowed in the pool except floating noodles. Let’s say your 5 year old is excited to head to the beach and launches a frisbee that lands in the pool (when no other people are even at the pool area), a security guard will come on over a loud speaker to remind you no toys are allowed. It is actually comical. I respect that this is a private and older community but it literally is sad to see that pure joy of young children is squashed. Overall, we would probably stay here and head to our grandparents’ pool down the street.

Great property

The beach was just so so, but I think that’s due to the weather we had while there. The condo is amazing. Everything was very clean. I could see how things might become difficult if you have multiple kids in the pool and they start to play. Owners that were in the pool are not friendly at all look at renters like they are aliens. But we just stayed calm while they were in the pool and did more of our playing at night in the pool while they were in bed. Other than that great property

We loved the location and condo. We have teenage girls who like to come and go and this was perfect. We felt completely comfortable with them going back and forth from the beach without us. And the view was absolutely gorgeous.

Amazing Condo on Gulf

I will only mention the things that stood out, everything else was totally amazing. Nice unit location on floor next to elevator, stairs, and garbage chute. Great inside decor and furnishings such as bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, plenty of hot water but would scald little kids - water temp seems to be set on the highest setting but no shortage for multiple showers in short time period. Great supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, batteries, etc in pantry as we believe the owners use the unit a lot. Quiet area of beach, even during Spring break. Not crowded or overrun with freaks. Great location, security, carts, parking, location to pools, beach, shopping, and restaurants. Shorty’s convenience store is a five minute walk. Same shopping center has four restaurants. Also trollies to Clearwater Beach was very nice. Many shops and restaurants on mainland over Belleair bridge. Beach road restaurants can clog up at night, especially in Clearwater Beach, also limited parking there. Some construction in unit above in the mornings, unclear if property manager, Alan, was helpful. Seemed a bit ambivalent about it. Pool amazing. Things that could be better: -Washer part of combo unit needs repair or entire combo needs replacing, very loud for renters here or in other condos close by. Do not wash clothes after 7pm -Need blackout curtains in bedrooms, especially on east (bay) side. Very Bright at 6:30am. -3rd floor location has a great straight-on view of the beach but on the bay side, you can only see people playing tennis. -Need way more information regarding first floor elevator fobs and door locks/keys. Alluded to the fact that Security needed to let you in the first floor elevator room the first trip but did not say why. Had to call Alan to find out about fobs. Also the fact that the front door does not automatically lock when the door closes like some other condos. *******Overall - Excellent******
