Ce condo du prestigieux Crescent Beach Club donne directement sur le sable blanc sucré avec un escalier à vis privé et fermé menant au paradis! Sand Key est connu pour ses magnifiques plages privées, ses eaux émeraudes immaculées et ses bombardements fantastiques.

Ce condo a des plafonds de 11 'et est idéal pour deux couples voyageant avec un plan divisé et les deux chambres donnant sur la grande véranda de 39' de long avec accès à la plage privé DIRECT à partir du pont. Nous sommes également au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment, sans avoir besoin de prendre l'ascenseur pour profiter de toutes les commodités ou habillés en tenue de plage.

Il y a un grand lit dans le maître avec une salle de bain priv��e attenante qui comprend une douche et une baignoire pour se détendre après une longue journée de détente sur la plage. Dans la chambre, il y a un autre lit queen size et vous avez votre propre salle de bain avec un combo baignoire / douche.

Le salon confortable est équipé d'une grande télévision à écran plat, ainsi que d'un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope avec beaucoup de films à portée de main pour vous détendre après une longue journée de lecture sur la plage et d'une chaîne stéréo pour écouter votre musique préférée si vous préférez débrancher votre téléviseur. . Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est disponible dans tout le condo pour vous permettre de rester en contact avec ceux de votre retour.

La cuisine mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités que vous désirez pour ces merveilleux repas cuisinés à la maison avec une grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6. Vous pouvez également profiter de la zone de barbecue communautaire avec deux grils à gaz pour déguster du poisson frais ou un délicieux dîner au steak à la maison tout en regardant les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

Easy, accurate check-in, property was everything advertised. The view, sunsets, and beach access were marvelous. Everything about our stay was 10+ even with dealing with Hurricane. Sue and her team are very attentive to my wife and I on our stay and we could not be any happier with out stay!!!

Excellent place to stay

The apartment was excellent. It had everything plus lots of extras . We saw dolphins most days from the balcony. I could not recommend this apartment enough. Will definitely be back . Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Wonderful Vacation

Property was beautiful & more than adequately stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! The beach is gorgeous & we really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had is that there are a lot of keys to keep up with. This isn’t a big deal at all, it would just be simpler to have 1 or 2 keys to deal with. Thank you for the use of this beautiful property!

I can’t say enough about Sue. She was amazing at keeping us informed regarding hurricane Ian, evacuation and when we could return. One suggestion I would make, update the locks to push button code, Faub’s, something other than keys. The pool key was not easy to use. Thank you for the stay. The condo was as described with plenty of extras.

Nice location - needs some updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is perfectly located on the beach. It is in a condo building but you can go out the back and down a staircase to the beach. That is very convenient. The owners have stocked it with everything you will need. However, the interior is dated. The beds are small - full size, not even queen size. The washer/dryer needs repair. The amenities of the condo building itself need some attention as well.

Great location, but cleanliness could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved the location and the ocean views! Sue was great to work with. The downside was the cleanliness of the condo. We were VERY disappointed with this as the first night we stayed there (before I had even laid down in the bed) I found 3 long, black hairs on one of the pillows on my side of the bed not to mention a long black hair down at the bottom of sheets on the inside (I do not have long, black hair)! As mentioned, I had not even laid down in that bed yet and it didn't make we want to. There were also hairs all over the couch cover in the living room. I also found hairs in both showers and on the floors. There were also ants in the condo, especially the kitchen and the guest bedroom. Also, the shower head in the master bathroom shower looked like it had not been cleaned in years.

Our Fortress during Covid Pandemic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I are very careful and diligent about health and safety as we both are in the higher risk categories. So this place became our "Fortress" for the 8 nights. Sue assured us up front that all CDC guidelines are followed and once we walked in and got acclimated, we felt very secure here - there was even some hand sanitizer on the table for our use (but we had brought our own) - nice touch. We got our food for the week and did one curb side pickup at Columbia (outstanding) and hung out for the entire week on the veranda where the views were perfect and the ocean breezes were plentiful. The high ceilings throughout give this place such an open feeling - it is so well stocked, appliances were excellent and the beds were super comfy. Super quiet, guests were attentive to masks on in public indoor areas including the Fitness Center which is another great feature. We have traveled extensively and this place ranks right at the top of our best experiences.

Hurricane Helene

The property was great, check in was smooth and we had a great time for the first 5 days we were there. A mandatory evacuation was issued on Wednesday, September 25th. I called 3 different rental car companies and 2 informed me they were moving cars to a safer location and the other had internet problems preventing them from renting. Had no choice but to stay and the property manager, Sue, was not happy when we told her we were still at the property. It was a huge "liability" according to her. Not concerned that we were okay after the hurricane blew over but more so for the owner we were renting from. My last communication with her was on Saturday, Sept the 28th at 2:06 pm after I had explained we were leaving the island. Her only question, how are you getting out with the bridges closed? It's now Wednesday the 3rd of October and we have not been informed what our refunded amount will be. I asked several times and was finally contacted by someone other than Sue that they were addressing the damage the storm had caused to other units they manage. I certainly understand the need to assess, but what about your clients that were affected by the hurricane? Where's the emphasis on getting those accounts resolved? So far, nonexistent.

One Of Favorite Vacations EVER!!

We were in the perfect location for covered parking at the front, and a beautiful balcony with it’s own private winding stairs to the beach and pool. The condo itself was very tastefully decorated with everything you would need to have a GREAT vacation!! The location is also great if you are a foodie, as there are so many great restaurants nearby! I would go any time... including TODAY !! Haha Thank you so much for a wonderful stay for a perfect vacation! Can’t wait to return!!! P.S.: Checking in was so easy and fast!!

crescent beach club

wonderful condo to spend two weeks in! tasteful decoration, and so clean. condo is convenient to shopping and restaurants, as well as major roadways. beautiful view of the beach from the "long deck", really like the tall windows. it was easy to rest and enjoy our visit, with the quiet atmosphere. only one suggestion, maybe leave a couple of dishwasher capsules? thank you for the best get-away in years, cant wait to come back...love the area!

The condo is spacious, fully equipped in kitchen (pots, pans, utensils & appliances), bathrooms (towels & beach towels), bedrooms (sheets & blankets) and very clean. Large balcony with beautiful view and relax in chaise lounge & patio table and 4 chairs

A piece of paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is as close to perfection as you can get. The condo is spacious, with large living areas and bedrooms, and high ceilings. Every room features a stunning view of palm trees over the broad white sand and aqua surf. Each bedroom and the living room have their own sliding doors onto the huge veranda. This balcony features a private staircase directly to the beach. The clean and nicely-furnished condo is completely outfitted for every conceivable need — from the fully-stocked kitchen to beach umbrella, chairs, and toys. High quality appliances made cooking and cleaning a pleasure. We planned activities out every day, but the place was so perfect that we ended up spending almost the entire time "at home." This stretch of beach feels almost like it's private because relatively few people use it; there typically were no more than 10 or 12 people within a few hundred yards of us, and we often were alone. Off in the distance we could see the incredibly crowded Clearwater Beach, but not here. Long Key Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to work with, and we intend to return as soon as we get the chance.

Overall are stay was Great and the condo was beautiful we only had one problem we wasn't aware we wasn't supposed to have music at the pool but as soon as we was told the rules we turned it off and one of the owners came down and started calling us riftraft saying the shouldn't rent to people like us what he doesn't know is we are far from riftraft

Simply perfect

The property description doesn't do it justice... this place is really just perfect. The view is lovely, with palm trees hanging over the broad white-sand beach. The huge balcony with a private staircase to the beach has three sliding-doors of direct access, from both bedrooms and the living room. The whole place feels spacious, with large bedrooms and living areas. This stretch of beach had very few people on it, rarely more than 10 or twelve spread across hundreds of yards; and there were many times we were alone and had it all to ourselves. Long Key Vacation Rentals was great to work with. We planned many activities for our visit, but the place is so nice we ended up staying "home" almost the entire time. Can't recommend it enough!

Easy to get around on the trolley so we didn't have to drive into Clearwater Beach. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
