This condo is located truly downtown Jackson Hole, a short walk from so many restaurants, shops, and music venues. Just 3 1/2 blocks from the famous Town Square! While extremely convenient, it is also very quiet and private, tucked off the main road with a shared lawn overlooking Flat Creek. A beautiful setting close to everything!

This top floor end unit condo is updated with hardwood floors, granite counters, a second bathroom vanity, a full kitchen set-up, and quirky local decor. Great for 2 couples or a family. Lots of kids toys and books and a desk for remote working.

You will be right downtown, a short walk from the famous Town Square, and all it has to offer. There is a public bus stop within one block where you can catch the START bus around town or out to Teton Village for skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You'll want a car if you plan to venture into Grand Teton National Park or Yellowstone. There are two off street parking spaces.

Absolutely perfect spot for adventures in Jackson/ Grand Tetons. Spotless and inviting. Host available for questions/ assistance. Only 2 of us but plenty of space for 2 couples.

Great comfortable location in Jackson

We had a great stay. The condo is very comfortable, spacious, well appointed, quiet, nice setting by a creek. It's a great location, easy to get to the park, to the center of town, and to the shopping on the outskirts. The host is very accomodating and responsive.

Comfortable Stay

Overall, this place was very nice! Conveniently located to downtown Jackson, and there’s also the START bus within walking distance which takes you to Teton village. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and the place was clean and nicely furnished. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing location - nice condo

We really liked our stay in Jackson. This condo is in the perfect location - within walking distance of area restaurants, etc. Chris was a great manager and was very responsive to our questions. The condo was clean with comfortable furniture. It was very well stocked with any appliance or gadget we could want. The in-unit washer and dryer were a big plus since we went hiking every day. The only downside was that the condo itself was older and dated. This being said, Chris had done a nice job to spruce things up.

Very good stay, but still working out the kinks

This condo is in a great location very close to all that Jackson has to offer. It was clean and 'as described' in the listing. The unit is new to the owner, so they are still working out the kinks. There are some minor things that need to be addressed which I communicated with the owner, and he is going to attend to them. (bedside lamp not working, faucet handle on wrong, shower curtain on incorrectly, need for privacy with the upper shower window). I also pointed out the need to upgrade the pots/pans and dishes, which I believe he will also do. We prepared every meal at the unit. Although pots/pans and dishes were provided, they were a mix/match collection of dated items with a few items missing. The unit is quiet and comfortable, and the owner is a great communicator and very attentive. Overall, it was a very good stay.

We needed to check out “fine print”/descriptions more thoroughly in the description.

Jackson and surrounding areas were breathtaking and far exceeded our expectations. We totally understand that the temperature rarely reaches near 90 for 5 straight days in a row in June as it did during our stay. If it stated in the description that there was no air conditioning, I honestly can say I would have not been able to book this particular listing. It was neat and clean and adequately appointed. It is clearly older which did not bother us at all. It was in a quiet, convenient location. We could easily walk most anywhere in town. There were several fans and there was information telling us that it could be warm during the day and to keep blinds shut to avoid the front side overheating. Everyday was over 80 degrees inside the rental from approximately 10:30-5:00. We stayed away because of our activities for most of the time during the day. Even at night with windows wide open and blinds up, the temperature reached 75 on two nights. My husband has breathing problems and we clearly did not notice there would be no air conditioning. It’s something that has been noticed by occupants before or it wouldn’t have been mentioned in the information left for us. I think it should be written in bold print that there is no air conditioning and depending on when you were coming the temperature could be an issue. Perhaps installation of ceiling fans at least in the bedrooms. would help. My husband and I chose the back bedroom thinking it might be cooler. If you can get to the mattress without getting hurt (the wooden box built around the mattress is very dangerous), you would find the mattress was not comfortable at all. We moved back to the much warmer front bedroom where the mattress was comfortable. The lighting is not strong except for the kitchen and bathroom. Chris was very responsive when the Wi-Fi was not working. He fixed it very quickly. This property could be easily improved to be much more desirable than any stuffy hotel room. It has so much potential. I’m sure the initial investment to update beds and furnishings, work on more comfortable temperature control (air conditioning or ceiling fans) would make this property much more desirable. We would have been willing to pay more to have comfortable accommodations 24 hours a day.

I appreciate your feedback, and am sorry you were uncomfortable during your your stay. As you stated, we had a record breaking heat wave during the time of your stay. In Jackson, we rarely reach 90 degrees, and when it does happen, it is always later in the summer when the sun is off the building a bit earlier in the afternoon. AC is very uncommon around here in all but the most modern condos and single family homes. Nonetheless, with it looking like the heat will continue this year (and likely into the future), I have installed ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. Also, I have supplied a portable AC unit to help keep it cool, the condo association does not allow window units. Thank you again for pointing us towards ways to improve, it is our hope that we can provide everyone a good experience and comfortable place to stay.

Great location

You can’t beat the location of Chris’s condo. We travel to Jackson every summer and this year returned with our two kids (3 and 2 months). We walked to breakfast every morning and spent lots of time around the town square, enjoyed the nearby park and creek that runs by the property. The condo was well equipped with everything from bath necessities to kitchen and laundry necessities which we appreciated as we typically have to run to the store for things like paper goods and laundry soap. Chris was very responsive and we enjoyed his recommendations around town as well.

Weekend Get Away

My two teenage children and I came from TN to see friends who were performing at the Playbouse. I had been to Jax Hole before and have always loved it. This property was hands down my favorite. The location was ideal, beautiful, quiet, safe- a five minute walk from the square. The unit was clean, and fully stocked with anything you might need, and then some. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, and more than enough towels/paper products. I would DEF stay here again, and recommend to others.

Convenient condo

I had a great stay. I was there on my own for some backcountry skiing and I'd like to return and bring my family. The condo is located in a convenient spot; it's close to downtown, but removed enough to not feel touristy. It's at the north end of town, so getting to GTNP is easy. I appreciated that I could do laundry. It'd be a great place for a small family or two couples.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. We always walked to downtown Jackson. Chris was great to work with. Our stay got extended due to weather and airline cancellations. Chris was very gracious and flexible in helping us until we could get a filght out.

Clean, basic, and great town location

We enjoyed our stay at this well located condominium. Our communication with Chris was excellent. The place was clean and basic, the beds were comfortable, and we relaxed by the creek every evening, though we had to cross the driveway to get there. It was quiet though close to the town square and all the activity.
