This affordable, spacious and versatile home offers a great base from which to explore beautiful Nelson and surrounds and a great home at which to relax and recharge!

Tahunanui is Nelson's main swimming beach and is less than a 10minute walk away. Behind the dunes are a string of playgrounds to suit all ages. There is also mini golf, mega slide (giant high speed sack slide), bumper boats, bmx park, go karts and other activities here. The local Kite Surf school is also close by, Stand-Up Paddle boards can be hired opposite the beach and the bay is of course a great spot for fishing!

4 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 8):
Upstairs: 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 1 Single (with a child’s mattress available upon request)
Lounge: Queen-size sofa bed (available upon request, not made up by default)

Please note that there are no accessible bedrooms downstairs.

2 Bathrooms:
Upstairs: Shower over bath & vanity, separate toilet
Downstairs: Shower, toilet & vanity

**Special notes and conditions**:

- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

- Spa Pool use - Children are not permitted in the spa without supervision. The spa must be locked between every use. Use after 10pm is not permitted.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
