Offering panoramic views from almost every room, Tasman Vista is a delight for the eyes. You will be captivated by incredible vistas that sweep across Tahunanui Beach, over the stunning blue of Tasman Bay and beyond to the mountains of Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks.

This beautiful home is situated on a sunny, North facing hillside with an expansive and established section. This vantage point, combined with a discrete access-way assures you will enjoy the best of the Nelson sun and sea as well as peace and privacy for the duration of your stay.

No doubt you will enjoy the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas with Freeview TV, WiFi, Telescope and wrap around balconies, alfresco dining area with BBQ, decadent master suite and every home comfort. This home is ideal for visiting families or couples looking for space and comfort.

Tahunanui Beach and shopping village, cafes and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. The Nelson-Richmond cycle-way, a number of beaches, some of the regions best eateries, health and beauty stores are all at your doorstep. Downtown Nelson or Richmond are less than 10 minutes drive and The Abel Tasman National Park is less than an hour away.

>Absolutely No party or venue use. No Smoking inside. Pets are not permitted.

>Access - Access is via a steep but safe & easy to drive private lane-way. The transition from this lane way to the parking deck is not suitable for low-clearance vehicles & it may be necessary to take care to angle some vehicles when crossing the ramp to the parking deck.

>Parking - There is off-street parking for up to 3 regular cars at the property. There is no nearby street parking & neighbouring properties must not be used for parking or turning.

>Boat parking, trailer & camper-van parking are not permitted at this property. Please seek a commercial boat storage option if needed.

>Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

>Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking/driveway and main entrance area along with the back garden entrance area.
