Welcome to Casita Saiz, a charming one-bedroom adobe home nestled in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Eastside. Ideally located between the Santa Fe Plaza and Canyon Road—both less than a mile away (a quick 4-minute drive or a 15-minute walk)—this quiet retreat offers the perfect blend of traditional adobe charm and modern comfort.
Recently renovated, the casita preserves its rustic adobe roots while incorporating contemporary upgrades for a truly comfortable stay. The space includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator featuring an ice maker, microwave, full stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster, making it ideal for light cooking and preparing meals. The cozy living room features a comfortable seating area, a 43" smart TV, a desk, and a mini-split heating and cooling unit to ensure comfort throughout the year.
The bedroom offers a restful retreat with a queen-sized memory foam bed, thoughtfully furnished with moisture- and bacteria-resistant mattress and pillow covers, a full-length mirror, touch control nightstand lamps with USB ports, and two generous closets. Enjoy your morning coffee on the bedroom patio, where you can take in the peaceful view of the Sangre de Cristo foothills.
Casita Saiz blends its historic charm with contemporary native artwork, a thoughtful touch inspired by the owners’ connection to Santa Fe’s rich cultural scene. Outside, a shady patio provides a perfect spot to unwind, and the casita is enclosed by a traditional coyote fence, offering privacy and security. The property includes two dedicated off-street parking spaces conveniently located near the front door.
For your convenience, fresh bed linens, oversized hand towels, and bath towels are provided. Complimentary coffee and tea are also available for guests to enjoy. Please note that this property accommodates a maximum of two guests, and no pets are allowed—no exceptions.
