This light-filled haven offers everything you need for an exciting beach escape. Plush bedding and high-end furniture add a touch of luxury throughout the space.

The stylish kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances, a coffee machine to kick-start your mornings, and ample cupboard space. Whether you're preparing a meal indoors or enjoying a barbecue outside, the indoor and outdoor dining areas provide inviting spaces to gather.

After a day at the beach, retreat to the cozy indoor lounge where you can curl up by the fireplace (BYO wood), dive into a movie marathon on the Smart TV, or enjoy endless entertainment with unlimited Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a PlayStation 2.

The polished floorboards and bi-fold glass doors seamlessly flow to your entertaining deck and private, spacious garden. Located in a quiet residential street, Finch's Landing Rye is just a 10–15-minute walk to Rye’s pristine beaches, charming shops, world-class golf courses, and the famous Peninsula Hot Springs.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps eight people across three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1x Double Bed
Bedroom 3: 2x Single Bunks

Included in the home are a doona, a doona cover, and pillows.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests are asked to bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also receive their beach towels, bath towels, and tea towels, along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes one bath towel and two tea towels (for the first ordered towel set only).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can rent a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bath mat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, a one-time delivery/set-up fee of $40 will be applied.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any added pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours’ notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We kindly request that all guests clean the BBQ after use; otherwise, a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process is complete.

You are required to bring your linen and towels, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will provide you with our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
