**This room requires me to meet with you to assist you for check-in, this is not a hotel so there is no front desk that can help you, so we need to schedule a time to meet at the building.
No extra charge if you check-in early than 8:30pm, If your check-in time is later than 8:30pm, I will charge a 40CAD late night check-in service fee.

- Parking space is underground in the building;
- The earliest check-in time at 4 p.m. and the latest check-out time at 11 a.m. since I need enough time to clean the room. Please message me if you require an early check-in or a late check-out;
