Please be mindful that this house is one of many on the strip, with neighbours in very close proximity on the sides and rear. So please be respectful of our neighbours and keep music and noise levels down at any time. The police will be called if noise is excessive past 10pm on any night as per local bylaws.
We aim to make your stay comfortable and safe as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could help follow these house rules.
âą Only the registered guests are allowed in the property. No visitors.
âą Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm in line with Local council mandate.
âą Please, No outdoor Shoes within the house.
âą Absolutely NO SMOKING within the house. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odors and stains.
âą Parties are not allowed at this rental. Parties and larger gatherings inevitably incur larger cleaning and maintenance fees, so any unannounced additional guests or parties are not allowed.
âą Drugs of any kind are NOT ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. If guests are suspected of using illegal substances or transporting illegal substances, the local police will be notified, and guests will be asked to vacate the rental and property immediately.
âą Check-Out times are strict to accommodate the cleaning prior to next guest arrival. If you need to extend your stay, please notify in advance.
âą Lost keys need to be reported and there is a fee of $250 as the lock and key need to be replaced for the security of future guests. Guests shall not change the lock or key under any circumstances.
Host is not responsible for any accidents or injuries. If you failing to adhere to the rules or cause any inconvenience for other guests, you will be asked to vacate the rental and property immediately.
