The open plan living and dining areas flow easily from one space to the next, creating a comfortable environment to unwind together after a day by the lake. The living room includes a large sofa, TV with streaming, and a six seater dining table, making it a practical space for meals, games, and downtime.
The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, utensils, and cutlery. Whether preparing simple meals or shared family dinners, the layout keeps everything within easy reach.
Three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Two bedrooms include queen beds, while the third offers two single beds, making it suitable for children or additional guests. The home includes air conditioning and heating, a central bathroom, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers a generous grassy area for children and pets to play safely. An undercover alfresco area with BBQ makes outdoor meals easy, while rear lane access leads to an oversized garage with additional parking. Bicycles are available for guests to enjoy nearby paths, and there is ample space for boat parking, making this home well suited to active, outdoor focused stays by the lake.

Access & Keys: This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply.
BBQs: Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.
Fireplaces & Firewood: Where fireplaces and outdoor fire pits are advertised, they are only available in winter and subject to local fire restrictions; some properties provide a starter pack of firewood, while others do not, so guests must review their check-in details to confirm what is supplied and ensure fires are fully extinguished and the area left clean after use.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
Long Stays (28 nights or more):
Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.

Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driverâs Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.
Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.
Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.
Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.
Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.
Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.
