The townhouse has a great location, with stunning sunset/beach views. Super easy beach access and our 15 year old cavachon loved being able to roam freely on the gated deck. The bathrooms and bed linens very clean, and the master bed comfortable. We loved having coffee on the upper deck in the am, and cocktails on the main deck for sunset. Virtually a private beach at this time of year. We'll hope to return down the road.

The floors clearly had not been mopped recently as my feet got pretty dirty from walking barefoot the first day we were there. We also had to wash the bed sheets because they didn't seem clean. Great location and easy beach access, but not sure i would stay here again for the price. And be sure to bring your own spices, if they were included as the listing indicates, we sure couldn't find them.

I have over 50 reviews on this Townhome all "Five Star" I have the same cleaning folks since I have had this Unit Theres Two of them which help each other The sheets Are Cleaned and replaced The floor will get Grimey etc from salt air Being on beach its coats everything even my staineless frides Rust as do My Crowns Its Ashame Jaclyn Couldnt Just enjoy the Beach and have To come up with Things Complain about

Great vaca for the dogs

Very nice beachfront stay, right off the busy street that takes you to all the PCB action-Pier park nearby. Beautiful water views from top floor master bedroom, comfy mattress was a bonus. Great for dogs, our bulldogs loved the waterfront deck. We also enjoyed Diego’s Burritos & the Pour coffee shop.

This property is very comfortable. Loved the deck and easy access to the beach. Location is close to shopping and restaurants, but the best part was enjoying the outside deck and gorgeous view.

The condo was in a great location for our needs. We enjoyed the balcony with excellent ocean views. Pet friendly was extremely important and it met all our needs. We had questions about the hot water and the owners were quick to reply and make sure we were all set.

Beautiful place/location. We had our labs with us and the fenced in back yard on the beach was priceless. Beautiful panamic views being a corner unit. We be back!!

Awesome place/location

The place looked exactly like the pics! Beautiful townhouse and footsteps to the beach. Able to catch every sunrise and sunset without leaving the deck if we didn’t want to. Everything was great!

The property is ok a little dated, clean and great views and access. Disappointed there wasn't beach towels or beach chairs for the beach. The toilet in the lower area needs secured it wobbles, the noise from the washer and dryer are extremely loud as well as the exhaust fans in the 3 bathrooms if on are over the top loud, if someone was in the bathroom with those on you can't hear well. We loved being able to bring our pet. Good pricing for what it is. Host was accommodating with us adding an extra night. Great location. Bring extra blankets because there are none provided or at least I didn't find them. We would consider staying again but bringing extra blankets and a few other items next time. We made sure all the sheets were removed and ready to wash, dishes started in the dishwasher, fridge was cleaned out. Overall we had a great stay with a few minor things. Recommend staying here.

Most folks bring there own beach towels and we have done chairs but they disappear and rust out Sounds like they had an good trip But sad to give us an Three star Cant please all the people all the Time

Wonderful Experience

We chose this location through a search on VRBO website. We were not disappointed. The location was ideal and the condo was clean and in very good condition. The condo exceeded our expectations and Dave, the owner, was a wonderful host and responded immediately to any special requests we had. We will definitely plan to use this condo again if we have the opportunity to return to Panama City Beach.

Great getaway!

My husband and I stayed with My brother in law and sister in law and had a great time. The views were amazing, the short walk to the beach with our private sand path was perfect.The townhouse was as described. Had to was dishes and towels when we arrived as some of the cups did not smell or look clean and the towels all smelled very musty with a sour odor but once washed everything was perfect. Great location, close to everything! We love PCB and will be back!!

A+ location but rental needs care and maintenance

We stayed at this VRBO for 15 days at the end of Dec, so I believe I can provide a pretty comprehensive review of the property. First, the positives - The location is excellent, facing the gulf and a walk right onto the beach from the backyard; Beautiful views and sounds from the house; Fenced backyard makes it pet friendly; Kitchen is fairly well stocked with appliances and kitchenwares; proximity to grocery store, restaurants, shopping etc. is a big plus as well. Now, for the negatives - The house needs a good amount of care and maintenance. Cleaning was subpar (It was last cleaned 2.5 months before we checked in as it had been sitting vacant - but the owner was responsive and got housekeeping done while we were there - although it still left a lot to be desired. The floor is sloping or has dips in many places making it a slip/fall hazard (perhaps the house needs more shoring/support as I saw breaking or bowed wooden columns/pillars under the house in need of repairs); the deck railing in the master balcony needs significant repairs. A couple of blinds in the glass doors do not work. Another word of advice for travelers to carry your own soap/shampoo as these are not provided. Overall, if the house can be repaired, maintained and cleaned, it can command a lot more interest and great reviews from the renters.

This Townhome Doesn't Sit Empty At All WERE they got there information that it sits" Empty for months is CRAZY" Its Built on stilts being on Beach And is Very Sturdy and has went thru many Hurricanes and Tornados. IM not sure if these Folks are Structural Engineers To say Its Need s. Shoring I Give them ONE STAR

I have not been to the beach since 1995. My Husband and I came to stay with our dog for 3 nights. We reserved this villa that was pet friendly. The booking process was a breeze. The owner had great communication and answered any of my question promptly. They were very accommodating to our special check in request. Love the location. It was on the quieter side of Panama City and was close to just about everything that you would want to see or do. If you have a dog coming with you this villa is very close to the Doggie Beach at Pier Park. The villa had everything you need in the big kitchen and nice big open space in the living room. Oh I can tell you enough how much we enjoyed all of the glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. You can see the beautiful ocean view from every angle. I do wish the master was downstairs as stairs were a little challenging for my Husband but there was plenty of safety railing to assist him. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens and GREAT pillows. We loved the walk in showers in both bedrooms. So to the best part… the back patios and back yard area. The main floor patio has plenty of nice sitting nice table so you could eat while admiring the beach. The back yard is fenced it so it allowed my furbaby to roam without being on a leash. Also enjoyed the large patio that was right outside the master. Walk straight out of the back door for straight shot access to the beach. Leaving to come home was hard because of our great stay.

What an amazing space this is - very clean when we got there, easy check in and out, responsive with texts.... And, the views and beach access were spectacular to say the least! Pictures do not the amazing sunsets justice! Perfect location convenient to food and all we needed. Great to have the back yard for the dogs to go outside, just an fyi for others staying, it is a contained fence but not fully fenced. No biggie because we have ours on a leash anyway. Definitely feels like a piece of paradise for sure - will be back!
