Stayed for a week during college baseball team spring training. House was perfect for our group of parents. Location was great for getting to the fields and proximity to the beach. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Would rent again!!

This property was everything we wanted for our annual fall family vacation! The layout worked perfectly for our family. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. We'll definitely return!
Very happy with the house. Had some trouble with the fridge the first night (wasn't keeping cold), but after fixing the temperature and leaving it closed overnight, it worked well the rest of the trip. Couldn't find the dvd player for the movies, but overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful time. BUT The unit had some toilet issues that were annoying. The locking system on one door didn’t work and there was no remote for the garage so we didn’t use it. There was a BUNCH of garbage in the back that didn’t get taken care of for several days. It was okay but not perfect. We had good time anyway.

We arrived like we were asked to do around 4. The text and the link the management company provided had no code to get in so I had to contact management firm to get that taken care of. After entry, the house was cold and thermostats set to 54 degrees. Water covered the floor in the kitchen and the refrigerator was frozen on both the fridge sides and water was pouring out. The management company knew we were coming and no one from the company came out to prepare the house for our arrival or they would have noticed what we witnessed. The company then went on to tell us that maintenance would come out the next day. We had to clean the water up, pull the fridge out to shut off the water to it We also had to keep running up and down stairs to get food and beverages out of the downstairs fridge until it was fixed the next day. All of this inconvenience and the management made no efforts to compensate us for what we did in cleaning all that water up. The only thing they did was send maintenance out the next day which was another inconvenience . So cold in the house with the heat not set for us upon. I sent them pictures of the frozen fridge and the thermostats showing the temp in the house.
