Light and space come together in perfect harmony at this substantial architect-designed home set on 846 sqm in the heart of old Portsea. With its vast wrap-around deck and easy-care gardens, these four bedrooms, three-bathroom home in prestigious Portsea offers brilliant, year-round low-maintenance living.
Perfectly zoned, light-filled living spaces with high ceilings, Tasmanian oak floors and a central sky-lit atrium create a relaxed beachside vibe in a sublime setting.
The spacious living and dining domain flow out via full height bi-fold doors to the north-facing deck for relaxed indoor-outdoor entertaining overlooking the meticulously landscaped garden. An open -plan granite kitchen with generous bench space and custom-made storage allows the cook to be part of the action, while the glow from the living room’s open fireplace is sure to warm even the coolest of evenings.
Bedrooms are cleverly zoned on either side of the main living area. The master bedroom, with a wall of built-in robes and private fully tiled en-suite with shower, overlooks the garden creating a relaxed, Zen -like atmosphere. Nearby another double bedroom has its own en-suite with oversized shower.
At the other end of the house a sleek fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet services two more bedrooms, ideal for guests or family members.
A built- in bar, separate laundry, ducted heating, air conditioning, garden shed are more features.
