Bella Casa - Torquay

Our beautifully decorated home in the heart of Torquay feels like a luxury retreat & just minutes from the beach & shops. Enjoy the comforts of modern living, including a well stocked kitchen for the traveller who likes to cook, BBQ, coffee pod machine, 3 TV's & an alfresco area. A perfect home for families to unwind in with two comfy living spaces. Conveniently only a few minutes walk to the surf outlets and 10 minutes walk to the beach, coffee shops and high street, the location is superb.

Our two storey home has a beachy feel, decorated with lots of special touches . The open plan living, dining & kitchen opens out onto the al fresco area, making entertaining easy. Bedroom layout: 1 queen room downstairs with en suite & walk in robe, 1 queen upstairs & another bedroom with a double & single upstairs opens out onto the upstairs living area. There is also another bathroom on the upper level with a bath & shower. A balcony upstairs also offers another space to chill out in.

Located in a quiet cul de sac of 4 townhouses. Our neighbours live there full time so this is a home for a quiet family getaway, no young groups please and excessive noise will not be tolerated by the neighbours.

If you would like to bring extra coffee pods (we do supply some), our machine takes the Lavazza brand of pods, available in Woolworths. It is a Delonghi coffee pod machine.
Guests must be over the age of 30 (Excluding parents with their children). No large groups under the age of 30.
No laughing/talking outside after 10pm.
No parties of any kind, schoolies, hens or bucks etc.
No loud music.
No shoes inside, please protect our dining table and use coasters & mats provided.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK OUTSIDE THE NEIGHBOURS GARAGE - use the garage provided or street parking. There is only space for 1 car outside the property.
