This booking is for Three Individual Apartments in the same building for Large Groups!
Each individual apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. For added convenience, the living room's couch can be easily converted into a double bed, accommodating two extra people in each apartment.
This is perfect for large families or travelling groups who want to stay in the same location but have the privacy of their own individual unit.
The space
Each individual apartment has views of the the St. Lawrence River and is located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for nature lovers and those looking for a tranquil getaway. The Long Sault Parkway is just a short drive away, as are local hiking trails and other outdoor activities.
Our apartments are modern and comfy which will leave you in awe with its open concept and carefully picked amenity list. The living area combines the living and the dining room with the kitchen, creating a contemporary open concept design space.
Enjoy the trails, exploring the islands, relaxing on the beach through the parks of the St. Lawrence, and engaging with nature during your stay (ice fishing and other winter activities during the winter months). Located less than an hour away from both Montreal and Ottawa, this space is the perfect hub to connect you to wherever your want to go.

Please note we are located on the second floor of a Building. There are NO ELEVATORS in this building and will require going up 1 1/2 flights of stairs by foot.

âDoorbell Camera at the front door
âSecurity Cameras throughout the whole building for the health and safety of all who reside here
PLEASE NOTE:
This is an Apartment within a building complex. There are neighbours. Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am.
has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES. If we detect that a party is being thrown you will be charged an additional fee of $500 and vacated without refund.
We have a zero smoking policy. If you smoke in the apartment a minimum $1000 fee will apply in order to remove the smoke smell.
Pet Rules: 2 pets max per unit. $40 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste.
Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
