Please note that we offer property for mid-term rentals too. If you book for more than 30 days, please message to discuss details. You will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of the ID, and send a deposit. Background checks may also be conducted.

A cozy and beautiful home is prepared for your family. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Our house is located in a very safe, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood.

This is a 2 bed/1.5 bath house.
The upstairs bedroom has 1 king-size bed for 2 adults, 1 blue sofa for 2 kids, and 1 portable pack 'n play for an infant. Also, we provide an air mattress.
The downstairs bedroom has a trundle bed for 2 people (2 twin beds).

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, silverware, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, french press, teapot, and some basic food supplies such as coffee, sugar, candy, and snacks.
The washer and dryer are included for free for you and your family!

Check-in and Check-out Time
The regular check-in time is 4 pm.
The regular check-out time is 11 am.

Registered Guests and Parking
The property can accommodate up to 6 people. Only registered guests can stay in the house.
After making the reservation the guest must confirm the number of people in the booking. The host has the right to ask for the guests' names and ages.
Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines (up to $1000), or both.
Please park on the driveway, 2 cars maximum
Street parking is not allowed

Safety Cameras
There are three cameras outside the property monitoring only public spaces: the front camera at the front door, the driveway camera, and the back door camera. These cameras monitor (record on motion) the safety of the environment around the house. No cameras inside the house.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for disconnecting any sort of safety system, security cameras, Wi-Fi, smoke detectors, etc.

Please, help us to keep the lowest price for cleaning service - take off your shoes.

Quiet hours: 10 pm-7 am (22:00-7:00)

No Smoking / No Vaping / No Marijuana/ No Hookah/ No Fireworks anywhere on the property or in the house. The property is in the pine forest and smoking outdoors presents a high fire danger. A fee of $400 will be charged for violating these rules.

Dogs Are Allowed Upon Permission:
Up to two trained dogs may be allowed with permission. Cats cannot be accepted due to allergies.
A fee of $400 for unauthorized pets will be charged

Pet rules:
Bring the necessary staff for your dog like blankets, toys, crates, etc so that the pet feels more comfortable in the house.
Do not allow dogs on the furniture.
Do not leave them alone at the property at any time.
Guests should clean up after their dogs before checkout.
The guest will be charged $50 for excessive cleaning of the dog hair/dirt or removal of any spots.
Dogs should be licensed and on a leash outside as per the city's requirements.

No Parties Allowed
The fine is $3000

Late Check-Out Fee:
Check-out between 11 am - 12 pm is $100
Check-out after 12 pm is $200 each hour

Lost Key
The fee of $100 for the lost key will be charged

Washing the dirty dishes:
$50

Bedrooms:
No eating in the bedrooms. Charges for extra cleaning/spot removal may be implied if the signs of eating are noticed.
Please remove the makeup before going to bed. There are dark towels for make-up removal provided.

Check the weather
Please check the weather before you leave. Usually, the temperature is lower in mountains than downhill. You might be needing warm clothes.

The property is located in the national pine forest where wild animals such as coyotes or wild donkeys may appear. Ants and other insects may also be present near the property. We do thorough cleaning and sanitation but can't guarantee against the insects' appearance and will not refund in this case.

Before you leave, we will ask you to follow the check-out instructions and clean up after yourself.

Check-out instructions:
⇰ Clean up the toys, games, and books after yourselves, and put them back.
⇰ Wash the dishes.
⇰ Leave the bed unmade.
⇰ Clean up the BBQ Grill after yourselves, if you’ve used it. We have cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.
⇰ Put trash in the black trash can that is located in the parking space. Please lock the trash can with a locking belt (make sure the locking belt is securely locked)
⇰ Turn off all lights (except the outdoor light switch).
⇰ Close all windows.
⇰ Make sure that the back door is closed.
⇰ Put the living room heater to 57F.
⇰ Put the master bedroom heater on LO.
⇰ Unplug all electric heaters, fans, and humidifiers.
⇰ Put all used towels on the floor by the washer.
⇰ Clean up after your dog. The vacuum is available for guests for removing dog hair.
⇰ Please don’t leave a mess. Our cleaning service may charge us for extra cleaning. The guest will be responsible for covering the extra expenses.
⇰ Lock the main door and leave the key in the locker, make sure it’s locked.

Broken or Spoiled Stuff
If you accidentally (or not) broke or spoiled something, please let us know as soon as possible. We might need to buy it before our next guests arrive. Fees for the damage depend on the market price or repair service price.
