Fantastic place!

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing rental. It was very well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location just outside of town so we avoided the crowds. The view of the lake was nice.

The complex is beautiful and the condo has a nice view of the lake and is steps from the pool and the dock. The kids had a great time catching frogs and attempting to catch fish!

Great property!

This condo was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well stocked, and being right by the lake was ideal. When we visited there was enough snow for sledding right outside the back porch! We will be back.

Getaway with Grandchildren

Loved the condo, clean, good location and community pool. Wonderful view of lake and mountains. We stayed with our 4 grandchildren under the age of 8. We were only able to get one TV to work in the living room. The technician responded within 2 hours to attempt to fix. All good, we were just hoping as grandparents to have some "downtime" with kids watching TV in the bedrooms. Would absoutley say here again

Mixed Feelings & Potential Vacation-Ruining Scenarios

Good things first, then the bad. GOOD Check-in was easy and the owners were very flexible with allowing my guests to check-in without me since I was arriving later than them. House was clean and fully stocked with everything you'd expect a vacation home to have (and more). BAD The jacuzzi has been broken for weeks, but the advertising for this listing still says there's a hot tub. Even if you filter for "listings with a hot tub" on the Vrbo site this listing still shows up which is false. The parking situation was a headache. The owners say only 2 cars are allowed at the property, however there are rules printed inside the house that say a 3rd car is allowed to park there. There are no assigned parking spaces in the lot and our neighbor parked in front of our house, so our 2 cars looked like 3 when the neighbor was there. Code Enforcement came to our house 3 times saying other people called to complain! Thankfully some of our guests were home each of those 3 times to explain the situation. If we weren't there to talk to Code Enforcement they would have towed one of our cars! I don't like having to play defense while on vacation. Overall, I'd say the property itself was very nice, but the parking misunderstanding could've easily ruined our vacation. Be cautious.

Thank you for your review Cole, I'm sorry to hear about the parking difficulties and Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the spa not working at the condo's community pool was not of our control. As for parking, we offer 2 parking spaces. The city is very strict on the number of cars they allow at each property. We are there was confusion on your end about the seriousness of this rule and are happy to hear you did not get towed. We look forward to your stay with us again.
