From the moment you enter the ground floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo you'll be drawn to the view of the lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There are no steps into the unit but a small set of steps from back porch to boardwalk. The boardwalk can also be accessed by simply walking around the building if necessary. The bedroom provides a king size bed with Smart TV to help relax at end of the day. A fully equipped kitchen provides opportunity to prepare meals for dining indoors or out on back deck overlooking the lake. Second Smart TV in living area is available for viewing your favorite streaming service such as Netflix or Hulu and live programming via YouTube TV.

Enjoy a short walk along the boardwalk to find the lakeside swimming pool great for a cool dip or laying on a chaise lounge for sip and sun. Play a game of tennis or pickle ball on the sports court just remember to bring your favorite racket and balls.
