This well-maintained unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, and cable TV. Towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience. The unit also includes two parking passes, as permitted by the HOA. Please note: additional parking passes are not available.

Guest & Resort Access
Guests have access to the community's amenities, including outdoor pools and hot tubs (not spas), as well as nearby public beach access perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Please note that some amenities may be seasonal and subject to availability. Contact us for specific opening dates and amenity availability during your stay.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• As a guest, you'll find public beach access nearby—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
