And of course there is the amazing amenities; decks, hot tub, fire-pit, Game Rm, wood-burning fireplace, and more!

Located inside the private gated community of Catawba Falls Preserve near Black Mountain, with unbelievable long range views at the headwaters of the Catawba River. Second story with two guest rooms en suite baths and loft area overlooking great room and views.
