Oceanfront Complex with Ocean Views.

Beautiful top floor oceanfront complex located on the West End of Ocean Isle with spectacular views! We are steps from the Atlantic Ocean and the Isles Restaurant and Beach Club, which is open during season.
We are only 1/2 mile from the very end of the island, and it is a beautiful walk down the beach! Our building is very close to the beach access, and it is easy to go back and forth with small children! We also have two Pack N Plays for use indoors. 3 bedrooms/2 full baths comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Entire condo was recently renovated with new laminate vinyl plank flooring throughout, new paint, new washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances. New master bedroom furniture with king sized bed and new mattress. Cable tv with televisions in living room, Master and Double rooms, as well as DVD players. New granite counter tops in fully stocked kitchen, this unit has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation at Ocean Isle.

Awesome deck furniture on our front porch area, which is covered, so bring a book to read and enjoy the beautiful days and nights or have a drink out on the porch and enjoy the evenings! New deck furniture seating for 4 on balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean view.

Master bedroom opens onto deck. Enjoy the ocean view from the Master bedroom door.
Pool is open year-round.
Bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, and dishcloths are provided, however, you will need to bring beach towels and beach chairs.
Other things to note:

Smoking is not allowed.

Absolutely NO PETS are allowed.

Complex DOES NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS.

Keep the property and furnishings in good order.

Linens and towels are not to be removed from the the property; in the event that they are, a $150.00 fee will be charged.

The little things

It’s the little things that matter to me when renting a place to stay and this one checked most of the boxes. Close proximity to the beach and pool, linens, basic amenities, and more provided, couch comfortably sat 6 adults, large tv, pool clean and had lounge chairs. One note worthy comment the unit is on the top floor with four sets of stairs.

Great location, easy with kids!!

We had a great trip to OIB and this condo was perfect for us. It was the perfect amount of space, convenient to the beach, had a pool, and had beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards you can borrow. The owners were super easy to contact and work with. We will be back again!!

OiB Condo

The property was clean, decorated nicely, great amenities such as an ice maker/water dispenser on the fridge. The front and back porch were great to sit on and had a nice view of the ocean. The bedrooms were nice, only thing is the bedroom with twin beds had the washer/dryer in the closet and no space to hang clothes. Overall great space and worked for my family!

Ocean Isle vacation 2022

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The location of the condo was so convenient to the beach and pool and not to far from anywhere you would need to go. The condo was so clean, updated and decorated so nice. They have everything you need and more. My kids loves that they had games for the kids to play! The owners were great to deal with they answered quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be back to stay again!! We love OIB!!

Great for kids

This beach house had a great view from the master. Washer and dryer are a must at the beach so that was a nice utility to have. It also had beach chairs,boards, umbrellas , and we left a crab net and buckets for the next guest! The pool is very close and the beach so for having two babies under one there was perfect. The owners are awesome. They respond quickly and have great suggestion on where to eat. Overall I loved this condo.

Relax and enjoy!

Had a great time at OIB. May stay here again due to location but really would consider staying here again due to how lovely the owners are, how easy they made the check in and check out process, the comfy couch, the decor and the lovely welcoming details throughout. The third bedroom with the twin beds is stuffy with no AC but the owners supply multiple box fans and a ceiling fan in an effort to make it as comfortable as possible.

Lovely upstairs apartment with good ocean view

This is a lovely , well-decorated, fully stocked upstairs apartment with a good ocean view. The building is not directly oceanfront, but the ocean breezes are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay . Thank you very much. Please note that linens are not provided with this rental . Unusual . This requires a bit of extra packing .

Great Condo for Family

This condo was lovely. It was updated with cute beach decor and was equipped with all the appliances and necessities we needed to cook with. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on and have coffee or play cards on the high top table with the sound and view of the ocean waves. The beach wasn’t too crowded even during the holiday week. The pool was nice to take a dip in and take a break from the salt water. I love renting a place where you don’t have to bring your own sheets, towels, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, etc. It was all provided. The owner was super helpful with some great tips and information. We would definitely stay here again.

Memorable first time visit to Ocean Isle

My sister and I have been vacationing together with our families for five years now, and this time, we both agreed that we truly had a relaxing time. Ocean Isle Beach is amazing, full of wonderful people (locals and visitors) and Mary and Mike's condo just exemplified the gracious hospitality of the area. Their condo is on the third floor (with the first one being the storage area) and fits all 8 of us (four adults and four kiddos, one of which turned into a teen during our stay) perfectly well. They had an amazing stock of games, utensils, glassware and dinnerware, and spices. The storage area contains an amazing array of beach goodies which we utilized every day! They have chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (along with a very intricate kite in the shape of a ship, which we found at the end of our trip when the day wasn't as windy). We did have to bring our own linens and towels but it was a small price to pay for the amazing condo and its location (mere steps to the beach and ocean). There is also a spectaculer inlet that is a 15 min walk or so to the right of the beach. We also were there for the sea turtles hatching, which was an amazing experience for all of us. Thank you so much, Mike and Mary, for your sharing your condo with us and allowing us to have this very memorable vacation with our family. My youngest did not want to leave and was in tears at the end of the trip. Your condo truly felt like home and that we were there for far longer than seven days.

Comfortable stay; nice view

Enjoyed a long weekend in late September with our 2 adult children. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the small balcony/porch. Enjoyed morning tea and late afternoon cocktails on the porch. The porch is rather small with seating at a small table for only 2 and a rocking chair, so all 4 of us couldn't eat out there. There is another table for 4 on the front, but with no view of the ocean - only the parking lot. The weather was pleasant enough and there was a screen door on the master bedroom allowing us to leave the door open and hear the ocean at night which I love! Would recommend a screen door in the living area as well so that door could be left open when the weather is nice. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of games and beach items: beach chairs, boogie boards, corn hole, bocce, umbrellas, etc. The beds were comfortable enough for a long weekend though the master bed did dip slightly to the center. The decor is cute and beachy and the bathrooms appeared to have some newer fixures and shower curtains. Appreciated the extra shelving above the toilet for toiletries and such. This is a 3rd floor accommodation which means for some stairs, but allowed for a greater view! And it is a quick walk to the beach. This end of the island is relatively quiet and is a short walk to the end of the island where there is an inlet and view of Sunset Beach. There are many grocery stores and restaurants a very short drive away. The owners were very responsive to questions and very accomodating to requests. Enjoyed our stay!

Great family get away

This is put second stay and it was just as lovely as the first. Communication was great from owner and they even reached out to let us know we could check in early which was kind. The property is well maintained and location just steps from the beach is just amazing. There are two porches and the one has an awesome view of the ocean! Beds are comfy, couch is nice and roomy, lines are provided, we have no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is always so clean and has everything that you would need for your vacation. The owners are great with communication if you ever need anything. Perfect condo and location!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 8). It was wonderful to have a pool so close with easy beach access and no road to cross. Inside, there was everything we needed. Paula and Harold were great hosts. We will definitely come again!

Overall the experience was great. The only negatives were Master bed is too high w/o steps for short people. Some low lighting is also needed at the steps on the beach at nighttime. Loved Ocean Isle Beach!

We had a wonderful time at this clean and well furnished condo at OIB. The host was very attentive and helpful. All beds were comfortable and all appliances were in excellent working order. We would definitely stay here again!

Super nice hosts

Condo was very nice and came with the little extras you always forget (laundry soap, cleaners, paper towels, dish and hand soaps etc). Hosts are super nice and checked on us midweek to ask if everything was in good working order. Easy walk to beach and the grandkids had a good time using the pool.

Paradise Found!

This wonderful property was absolutely incredible for the long Memorial Day weekend with my family and grandkids. The bedrooms and bed configurations fit our needs perfectly! There are ocean views from every room, and the beach and pool are just a minute away. The condo has been updated throughout and was spotless upon our arrival. Paula was an awesome host, and provided thorough communication throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property!
